Nola Seaesta is a beautiful townhouse located in the Royal Seaesta complex. This vacation rental is only two minutes, walking distance, from the beach and it has its own private beach access. The home is centrally located in the heart of Destin.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is privately owned and managed. The two-story townhome offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people.

Master bedroom has a cozy king size bed with a private bathroom. The master bedroom includes a coffee bar/cocktail bar with mini refrigerator and sink. (TV has a Roku device for streaming)

Upstairs bunkroom has a comfortable queen bed and a set of twin bunkbeds. Also, with private bathroom, large closet and dresser.

Third bedroom, located on the first floor, has a new queen size bed. Bathroom has access from the room and hallway.

Spacious living room with a queen size pull-out sofa bed.

Fully furnished kitchen with coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, glassware and much more.

The home is furnished with 3 smart televisions, 1 equipped with a Roku system. All televisions are equipped for streaming services. These services are not included in the rental. Cable or satellite is not provided, but guest may log into their favorite streaming services.

The home is fully stocked with bed linens and bath towels.

Free 150 Mbps WiFi.

We provide all of the necessities to get you settled in and relaxed. There is a grocery store close by for you to replenish and pickup any items that you may need for the remainder of your stay.

This is a great place to stay for a beach vacation. Beach is across the street. A lot of room for a large group. We stayed here past 2 years and look forward to returning again.

Perfect beach going location!

Amy and Brian's place was perfect! The area is great with shop and plenty of food options. By far the best part is that it's literally across the street from the beach! Loved staying here and absolutely will be staying here again when I come back to Miramar

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay in Miramar at Amy’s place. It was in a great location, next to Alvin’s and several eating spots, cofee house and even a winery, all within walking distance. Beach access was within a 2 minute walk! Check is was super easy and the condo was perfect for two families of 4 with little ones. Amy was very helpful with any questions we had and checked on us several times during our stay. I highly recomend staying here and hope to book with Amy in the future! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Pros: beach access is FANTASTIC. Seriously-2 min walk w kids stroller and wagon. Beach is beautiful-clean-not crowded. Condo layout is awesome; kitchen well equipped. Very very comfortable. Cons: this property does not have a pool. I should have clarified it-it is a large spa. We like to beach half a day-pool half a day. This is the only negative I can come up with. Amy always answered quickly and checked in with us. Great host

Location was great! Ice cream shop, shopping, grocery store, CVS and lots of restaurants nearby! House was big enough for 10 occupants. There was beach toys and chairs available for our days at the beach! Great for us, since we flew and didn’t have room for extra toys! Beds were Comfortable! Large and quiet washer and dryer helped keep all of our dirty laundry to a minimum. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a good time at miramar. The house was clean, well furnished, had beach toys for kids, the chairs really everything that you need to be comfortable. The owner Amy kept checking on us to make sure we were doing okay. My kids wanted to even stay longer. We will surely go back there..

We were coming into town last minute for some family business and somehow this gem was still available! It is as cute as the pics and super convenient, stocked with beach chairs, and a quick trip across the street to enjoy the gorgeous beach! The owners were super friendly and helpful.
