Family Vacation

The location was great! The home was spacious. Kids loved the bunk beds. There was an abundance of beach gear which was great! I loved the smart lock it made it a hassle free way of getting in and out of the home. Overall a great stay!

Excellent location, Clean

The property manager is great! The location is convenient and the property is clean. This home is cute and had everything we needed for the week. There were a couple of things that I would change but they are very minor. The Internet kept lagging/ going in and out. I’m not sure if it was due to the amount of people using it or if there was an issue. I would update a few of the cooking utensils. Other than that everything was great and I would visit this location again.

Grrat house

I loved this house. Only thing was the bedroom said it had 2 set of bunk beds and it didnt but other then that. It was amazing house. Great location to the beach and to places to eat and other activities. Loved it and would definitely stay again.

Loved it!

The place is bigger than it looked, everyone had enough room, the beds were soooo comfortable, and it was really clean! Made for a perfect wedding week!:) the host was very attentive and great at communicating!!

Exactly as described

First trip to Miramar Beach area and we will definitely be back. Town house description was spot on and getting to beach could not have been easier (i dont even think it's 2 min walk) Although you can bring personal chairs, i highly recommend supplementing with a rented pair with umbrella from company on beach. Helps to spread out your footprint on the beach and gives some shade for the kiddos. Owner does provide some chairs and beach toys which was a bonus. If i were to give anything that would come close to a complaint it would be that there's no pool in the complex. It's more of a hot tub. With that said, you are going for the beach! Family atmosphere in area and, although crowded on beach for most of our stay, it never felt cramped. There is an ice cream shop on one side of complex which also sells ice and alvin's island allows for overflow parking (only 2 spots allowed in complex). They charged $20 per night for the parking. The condo is spacious. Even with other couples, you can spread out enough (each bedroom has attached full bath). Living room/kitchen were spacious and provided enough utensils, pots and pans to get us through very comfortably. If you are like me and just taking stab in dark at new place, you will not be disappointed. (The bunk beds i think are designed for 8-10 year olds. Very well made but my teenage daughter and friend wound up on air mattress. Not a complaint, just a little hurdle we werent expecting.)

We love paddle boarding, body boarding, swimming, fishing, hiking, rollerblading, and generally being outdoors. We still stop what we are doing and watch Dolphins every time we come across them, and we are still amazed by the beauty of this area every day. We are very happy to host guests in our beach house and will do our utmost to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Thank you!

This amazing location is the perfect place to enjoy the beaches! The nearby access gate makes it easy to get sand in your toes within minutes. The walking path along Scenic Gulf Drive provides a great space to walk, bike, or run with amazing Gulf views. Nearby, one can find more shopping , dining and entertainment options than can be enjoyed in the span of a vacation. Our home offers multiple showers and cozy beds for a big family or group of friends to comfortably and conveniently gather to create treasured memories year after year.
