This casual studio comes with everything you need for a great time including a well-equipped, full kitchen with counter seating for four, a furnished balcony, and a sunny, open layout. The complex itself offers shared pools, tennis courts, a fitness room, a nine-hole golf course, and easy access to a private beach.

Beach Service for the 2022 season (March 1st - October 31st) is included with each rental. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.

Great location to enter the beach and close to go to restaurants!

Beach staff were wonderful, chairs set up daily! Security very nice and helpful. Just a great place to stay.

Great condo and location

Sandpiper cove is a great place to stay! The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The murphy bed is not comfortable and needs to be replaced with a regular bed and for this I had to deduct a star.

Was a cute spot. Would stay again but just be sure to bring xtra toilet paper, know that the chairs for beach are NOT included. Off season till mid march and the fees have not been paid for some time so it’s 60 a day per chair. Laundry room is awful old . 3 to wash 3 to dry. Figure double dry time and only hold about 3 things and you need to wash your own towels.

Cutest Condo Ever

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay in Destin! It’s located close to the front of the property so not far of a walk to the beach. Also, right by a nice pool! We will definitely try to reserve this exact condo next year!

Clean and easy for to enjoy. It’s a very short 5 minute walk to the ocean. Rick’s Sandtrap bar and grill is a really great thing to have. You can eat on the beach without having to drive anywhere. That’s a Big Plus.

Nice stay!

This was a really nice place! Check in was easy, the gate greeter was friendly and the condo was clean. Loved the fact we got 2 chaors and an umbrella daily. It was better than baking in the sun!

Great little place for a long weekend getaway!

My mom and I really enjoyed the condo while we visited for a long weekend celebrating her birthday. The size was perfect for just the 2 of us. We loved how close it was to the beach. It was just a few minutes walk away! We enjoyed The Sandflea bar and grill across the street. We did use one hot tub which wasn't all that hot and one of the pools. Everything was clean and as advertised. I had seen reviews about the bed being uncomfortable, but mom and I thought it was very comfortable. It didn't feel like a queen bed though. Others also mentioned the gap at the head of the bed, but we just put pillows from the couch there and didn't have any issues. It was a little noisy from the street traffic, but that was to be expected since we were on the street side. We really enjoyed the condo overall along with all the amenities. The private beach with beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus! We plan to bring family and friends back to the resort in the future! Thanks for the amazing weekend!

Great condo by beach.

This was just awesome spot. Clean , cool and convenient. Priced right and really well maintained. Like a hotel room plus kitchen for much less! I will definitely visit again and highly recommend!

Perfect little spot

Good value and experience

We loved the location and amenities of this condo, the unit is right at the front of the complex so quick to cross the street and hit the beach! It was also right next to one of the pools. The complimentary beach services was also really nice. Condo itself was decent for a studio, a little bit dated but not a big deal. The bed felt like a full sized bed and not a queen. We enjoyed the stay overall and would consider this place next visit.

Unit was marginal at best

The unit was dirty on the floors and sticky, dirty counters. The bed was awful, it sank in the middle and was very old. It needs to be replaced. The light by the entry door did not work so hard to plug in entry code at night. Woll not go here again Caution if you decide to rent this unit. THANKS ! clearly needs to be replaced. Last minute booking

We normally stay with a family member in the same condos. The condo was sold so they were moved to a one bedroom. We booked in mid January. The room was clean. The mattress on the Murphy bed could definitely be upgraded. The bathroom was comfortable for use. Definitely needs a mat in tub so nobody slips. The water adjustment in the shower takes a little bit to fine tune. The storage is good for your personal belongings. I like this area because it is close to great shopping and awesome restaurants. We have our favorites. We have been coming to Destin for years. Overall, I would be back with a new mattress!

Great stay!

Loved the location, it was near a bunch of stores and cute local restaurants. The home was clean. The private beach access was amazing. However, it took us over an hour to get into the property. The guards at the front were VERY unfriendly. Did not allow us in even though we had all of our booking confirmation. Called vacasa 3x to send an email to sandpiper cove and they still did not receive any emails about our stay. Eventually I forwarded them an email of my stay and they allowed us in. Probably not knowing it was me who emailed them.

Overall Nice

The listing of the amenities was a little deceiving. The listing does not tell you that the condo itself is not on the beach, you can only get the umbrella and chairs for the beach during specific times, and can only use them during specific times. The "heated" pool did not feel heated. We were unable to access the Wi-Fi in the condo. I called Vacassa 3 different times and no one was able to help with getting connected to the Wi-Fi. There were no sheets for the pull out bed, only a mattress cover. The condo itself was clean and was convenient to many restaurants and the beach. Overall the stay was nice.

Home away from home

The condo had everything we needed from pots and pans to extra towels. Even small appliances. This place did not disappoint. It felt like we were right at home. We loved it and will definitely be back! Vacasa answered all texts immediately. Five star-rate because this place was beyond our expectations! And with beach access!! Thanks for allowing us to stay.
