*Complimentary beach service includes an umbrella and 2 chairs on Sandpiper Cove's private beach.

This updated 1 bedroom unit sits on the golf course at Sandpiper Cove and is within walking distance to the pools/beach. Fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops, living room with a queen size sofa bed, and dining area with deck access. The large deck is off the living room area, one bedroom with a new king size bed, dressing area, large walk in closet, and a full bathroom. New washer/dryer, updated HVAC system, appliances, and new flooring recently updated.

This unit is a short 5-8 min walk from this condo to the private white sandy beach, and Rick’s Sand Trap Beach Bar & Grill. If you choose to drive there is gated parking at the beach entrance. There’s a lot to do at Sandpiper Cove with a 9-hole par 3 golf course on-site as well as pickleball courts and tennis courts, 5 community pools (2 heated), 3 hot tubs, and a shuffleboard court. Sandpiper Cove also has one of the finest restaurants in the Destin area, the Louisiana Lagniappe that overlooks the marina where you can also take a water taxi from the marina to tour all along Destin Harbor and visit the HarborWalk Village, eat at fantastic restaurants, and try some fun activities. Water taxi is available March through October.

Parking Notes: Parking Permit Given at Guard Gate/Entrance. Maximum of 2 vehicles. No assigned space.

Great condo in Destin

We had a great time. This condo is a gem. They had spices, coffee filters, soap, beach items to use. But the best part is that an umbrella and 2 beach chairs come with the rental. We will definitely let others know about this condo and will return. God willing.

Nice quiet place to stay

Sandy was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She wanted to make sure our stay was perfect in every way. If i had any issues or questions she said dont hesitate to contact her. Having beach service with condo was definitely a plus not having to pack chairs and umbrella. We enjoyed our stay and we couldnt have asked for better weather. Perfect location and very clean/comfortable condo for 4 people

We loved that the condo is on the ground level and you can park directly at the front door. Heated pool very close. My husband loved the free 9 hole golf course with the first hole directly out the back door. Great size porch to hang out outside. We could drive right up to the beach access and had complimentary chairs and umbrella. It is also a short 10 minute walk through the condos and across the street to the private beach access. Right across the street from target and Walgreens. Love that it is gated and has a guard station checking who all is coming into the condos. Sandy was awesome and called me to let me know what all they had there and to make sure I didn’t have any questions. She checked on us throughout the whole process. It was extremely clean and everything worked great.

Heaven on Earth

I stayed here with a few friends for a long weekend and can't wait to visit again. Sandy and John are both amazing people and I'm so grateful that they opened up their home to me. There was a rather large living room with French doors leading out to a pretty balcony where we sat every morning to have our coffee & breakfast while occasionally getting a glimpse of golfers passing by since I believe it was the 5th hole right in their back yard. Sandy & John had golf clubs and balls there too so we were able to sneak on when it wasn't busy and practice our putts & short drives onto the green : ) The master room was very spacious and as was the whole house and decorated perfectly to fit into area. This was exactly as seen in her pictures although I feel like the pictures don't do it as much justice as I'm sure you will feel when you get there. We were seconds away from the pool on our side of the condo units as well as the water taxi, tennis/ basket ball courts The condo's only minutes away whether your walking or driving across the street to the most beautiful white sand beach you've ever seen. Sandy had chairs to borrow or they offer rentals on the beach so there was no need to carry everything over. There was coolers, boogie border & lots more too... It felt comfortable to know that some of the neighbors who we met & were very friendly, were summer residence who knew the area & were watching out for the place too. Theirs a little restaurant area at the top of the boardwalk that you pass on the way to the beach where you could grab a quick bite to eat or a drink if you so desired. I felt Castle Moynahan was the perfect location to everything. If I wanted to go shopping there were plenty of area's if I was looking for food I wasn't let down & the water taxi was a great way to enjoy the night life & not have to worry about driving. Sandy made sure I had everything I needed to know about the area before I got there & directed me to the things that interested me. We rented a pontoon boat and spent the day with dolphins then on to the sand bar in the middle of the ocean for some exciting water fun with tons of others. There were all kinds of reasonably priced activities to include kite flying, jet ski, water skiing and lots more. I hope to make this a yearly trip and am counting the days until the next one. I would highly recommend visiting Destin and of course staying at Sandy & John's (as long as it's not my turn)
