Condo was clean, bed was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed to cook in house. The area was very nice and being so close to the beach makes it very convenient. Having the chairs and umbrella set up for us on the beach daily was great. We loved our trip!

Great location in the Destin Harbor. Great property and only a two minute drive to private property beach access. The complementary beat service saves you about 50 per day. You get the great big umbrella and the two beach chairs each day. Jeff is a great owner to work with and is very good communicating back-and-forth.

Perfect spot for a getaway

This location was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Conveniently located to a beach, shopping, activities, entertainment and food. Condo is very cute and well maintained. The property offers lots of great amenities too.

Everything was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. 15 minute walk to the beach. The AC unit was noisy especially in the bedroom. Overall, highly recommend!

This was a very nice unit. Had everything we needed. Great amenities. Loved easy pool access, washer and dryer and table and chairs on patio. Would definitely recommend. Manager always responded quickly to inquiries.

The property was perfect. We’ve stayed in maybe seven other properties in this development and this was the best so far. Neat, clean, nicely decorated and comfy bed and living room furniture. Beautiful kitchen with new countertops. Owner is also very easy to communicate with. Sits directly in front of one of the many pools in Sandpiper Cove and on one of the pitch/putt golf holes.
Two minutes by car from the property. Private development beach.

Nice, clean, across the street from the beach Couch bed could use updating, and the sliding glass door was hard to open. Overall very nice. I would definitely book again.
