We had a very nice stay, very convenient to the pool and the private beach the condo operates was very nice and easily accessible too. The location of the condo was also great, overall a really good stay!

Very nice condo. Love how close we were to the pool. Bit of a hike to the Beach,but it wasn’t horrible. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Host was quick with responses to questions.

The condo was very clean and convenient to the pool. Our stay was comfortable and we had a great time at Sandpiper as usual! The only thing I would recommend to the owners would be to add a washer and dryer. This is the first condo we have rented in SPC without one. Other than that we had a great stay.

Our stay was just okay. Pros- very close to pool. Mostly clean condo. Bed is fairly comfortable. Responsive host. Cons- there was not enough towels provided for a comfortable 5 night stay for 4 people. Laundry room is close, but you have to pay 6 in quarters to wash and dry. So unless you want to pay to do laundry on your vacation, I would bring extra bath towels from home. Condo smelled like cigarette smoke. Not sure if it was a nonsmoking unit or not per the property description. Only provided one extra trash bag. No extra toilet paper. Overall, probably wouldn't stay again.

Review reflects a guest who had never experienced a hosted stay before and expected a hotel experience. Linens provided for 4 people in a max 4-person property that's only 1BR, just as we have for 12 years that we've owned. And almost no units in the entire resort have washer/dryers. Also, tp, trash bags, and other supplies were provided for guests just as we have for 12 years with hundreds of 5-star reviews. They expected a hotel stay with someone on property running supplies over, cleaning up, bringing towels, etc. We are def a non-smoking unit and have smoke and vape sensor etc so I'm left to assume that was just part of the negative review strategy? Clearly a guest who didn't quite understand the experience of a VRBO stay. Hate that it didn't meet expectations, but they'd likely fit well at a hotel next time.

Awesome place

This was a great location with immediate pool access and east beach access as well as a short drive to the ballpark, restaurants and activities. I would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway!

The property was just as advertised. The layout and location were perfect, the view of the pool was awesome and the property was very clean and well appointed. Additionally, the host, Chris was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again!
