Gulf Terrace is a gated community with 3 pools (one heated), a fishing pond, and tennis courts. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the enclosed porch has a full bed, and the sofa sleeper has a queen mattress, so the condo sleeps 6. Two bathrooms make getting ready for the day go twice as fast. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, 2 televisions and Wi-Fi are all included.
