Perfect location in the heart of Destin just a 2-minute drive to the beach or 10-minute walk, walking distance to ice cream, big kahunas water park, track park, and restaurants. This condo has 2 cozy king beds, new appliances, coffee bar, WiFi, you name it! Soak in the sun at the 3-pools on the gated property! Stocked fishing pond with turtles you can feed. All beach, and tennis/pickleball equipment included. 3, 60-inch smart TVs, a coffee machine with complimentary sugar/creamer, washer/dryer, and board games all in the condo. Tennis courts right next to the condo.

My beach condo is in a one of a kind location, it is in walking distance to majority of the big attractions in Destin including the big kahunas water park, the track, the beach, and much more! It also has been beautifully updated within the last year.
