Perfect location in the heart of Destin just a 2-minute drive to the beach or 10-minute walk, walking distance to ice cream, big kahunas water park, track park, and restaurants. This condo has 2 cozy king beds, new appliances, coffee bar, WiFi, you name it! Soak in the sun at the 3-pools on the gated property! Stocked fishing pond with turtles you can feed. All beach, and tennis/pickleball equipment included. 3, 60-inch smart TVs, a coffee machine with complimentary sugar/creamer, washer/dryer, and board games all in the condo. Tennis courts right next to the condo.
