Sailors Cove Mins to the Beach Family Condo

Sailor’s Cove is a self-catering accommodation for the budget minded family/friends looking for a cozy nest to stay in the heart of Destin. We allow up to 2 dogs at NO CHARGE (NO puppies/cats or >60 lbs) and NO cleaning fee. The condo is on the 2nd floor, conveniently located across the street from the beach, next to Big Kahuna’s Waterpark and The Track Park. Our complex offers 3 pools, with one being heated during the winter.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you have used the sleeper sofa, please take the sheet off, put the bed away and leave them on top of the sofa bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be respectful of the noise ordinance and reduce your volume after 10 PM and before 10 AM.
The pet rules are simple, you need to clean up after your pet, keep the barking low so it does not disturb the neighbors, avoid shedding hair.
We do NOT allow third party bookings.

Jeff was very nice and helped in anything I needed be it directions or getting something we were looking for. Condo was very pet friendly and the pet park was so nice. Grandkids loved the pools and made friends with other tenants. We would most definitely rent from Jeff again.

Excellent stay for a family on a budget. Enough room for all of us. Teens liked jumping in the pool and feeding the turtles. Henderson state beach was best beach in the area. We ended up getting a pass each day (6 per day) and then going back and fortth as needed.

This was a perfect place for our family to gather together. The host is very helpful and the place is very good. We especially enjoyed the facilities located on the property. Just as advertised. Very easy process because communication with the host is excellent. Pet friendly, but keep in mind it is on the second floor. There is a very nice dog park right across the parking lot and it has recently been updated. Place was clean everything was organized and very welcoming. I highly recommend

We really enjoy our stay at this property, you got all you need, it's close to the beach (it's like 8 minutes away in car to the public parking). We had stores and restaurants close to us!!! The condo was clean and the owner is very nice person, easy to reach out. We definitely will be back!!!

We enjoyed the accommodations! There was so much to do in too short of the time we were there. Would definitely recommend! The beach, however, was not very accessible by the condo. We ended up driving to Henderson Beach.

Fun in the sun

Me and my cousins have a girl trip every year. We had been seeing vids online about crab Island and felt this year would be a perfect time to go. We arrived very early and Jeff and Deborah were very accommodating. The house was fully stocked with toiletries towels sheets and blankets. If we had any concerns we reached out with a quick resolve by the owners. This trip was very memorable.
