North Myrtle Beach, SC Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

Welcome to our condo #612 at The Oceans in North Myrtle Beach, SC, in the heart of Cherry Grove. Cherry Grove is more residential that the lower Grand Strand but has as many amenities and nearby attractions, there's always lots to do here. Our renovated condo is ocean front with a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic ocean! The outdoor pool is on the 4th floor and can be seen from our condo. There's ample parking on the deck or the adjacent lot. The main entry is the secure elevator lobby. Walkability and bikeability to nearby attractions, too! Our spacious condo has been renovated with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, etc.). The table seats 6 and there are 3 barstools at the granite top bar. The living room space is large and has 2 full size murphy (wall) beds that can be pulled down for use without compromising the space or having to move furniture. The bedroom has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress. One set of linens is supplied for each bed. There are 2 wall mounted Smart TV's, a 50" in the living room and a 45" the bedroom, each with remote controls. The balcony and bedroom both have room darkening curtains. The full bath has a shower/tub combo with a handheld sprayer. Each bath has a vanity with sink and toilet and are conveniently located. Bath towels and washcloths are provided. The balcony furniture is tall so you have an unobstructed view of the ocean. The condo complex has an outside shower, charcoal grilling area, and laundry area. This is a smaller condo complex and access into the building is protected by keypad entry. Entry into our condo is keypad also so you don't have to worry about keys. Per HOA: No pets. No Smoking. No motorcycles, trailers, or house parties. Currently accepting 3 night minimum stays during 2023 summer months, minimum age for guest remains 25 years.
