Crescent Beach - wake up to the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean every morning!
Was fully renovated in March 2022!
New flooring, Quartz countertops in kitchen, bathroom and vanity, new blinds, new furniture, new bedding- everything is new!
Panoramic views that go on for miles can be seen in both directions from this top floor end unit in an elevator building offers that "penthouse floor" feeling. Only 4 stories in the building, and you are on the 4th. Very spacious one bedroom/one bath that comes completely furnished - dishes, linens, cookware and more! The bath is a jack-and-jill style from the master to the hallway with vanity and sink in master bedroom/and vanity-sink in the bathroom. Unit offers plenty of light, an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, and plenty of extra storage in the Master bedroom. View from the balcony. Laundry facilities available on the 2nd floor at no cost. And it's just steps to the beach!is fabulous.

This was out third time staying here, and we again loved it. It's truly our favorite property to rent in Myrtle Beach. We had a lovely week - great weather and the condo is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable bed and you cannot beat the views! Thanks once again - we'll be back.

If there is one thing that is a must is the luggage cart doesn’t work ! It was such a huge problem trying to load & unload luggage. A little maintenance on the wheels to help it roll. That cart loaded and to find out wheels don’t turn , not happy. Also the building is a bit older and chunks of concrete missing in garage area not as pictured. Overall given it is a dated building it was good. Unit was well stocked with beach essentials. But that luggage cart has got to go !
