Le Grand Chalet du Moulin, a charming vacation home with a pool

Located 2 km from Exit 5 on the A62 (Bordeaux–Toulouse), the “Grand Chalet” is one of three fully equipped, extra-comfortable holiday rentals at the Moulin de Tarres in Bas Ste Marthe (47430), 8 minutes from Marmande. 2 separate bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds; living room, air conditioning, and heating. A 5-hectare protected area featuring a river and pond running through the estate, along with its animals. Meals available. Swimming pool heated year-round; covered in winter

Like the other two holiday rentals, the Grand Chalet has access to the swimming pool, which is open year-round and covered and heated in winter to between 26 and 30 degrees, depending on the outside temperature.

In the mill’s 5-hectare grounds, facing the pond and its grey herons, you’ll find a living room with a sofa, air conditioning in summer, heating in winter, a TV with DTT and satellite channels, and a fully equipped kitchenette, 1 separate bedroom with a king-size bed, 1 second separate bedroom with 1 single bed, and 1 single bed on the mezzanine, with a separate shower room and toilet.
Outdoor terrace. Weber-style barbecue.
Available for all 3 chalets: laundry room with washing machine, ping-pong table, exhibitions at the Moulin.... OPTION for overnight stay with dinner or full board.
Pets are not allowed.
