About this property
APARTMENT WITH TERRACE - 5 mn from sea side
The appartment is quietly located in a small, luxury Residence, on the 1st and top floor. You have a separate entrance via a private staircase. No problem bringing your suit cases up as your parking lot is located at the foot of the stairs, within the Residence and therefore secure. An 18m2 terrace with a awning allows you to enjoy your meals outside. A beach with coves and rocks is just over a 5-minute walk away. A bus down the street will take you to the town center with its sandy beaches or to the train station. Near the appartment you'll find a bakery, a butcher/grocery store, a pharmacy, a hairdresser. PLEASE NOTE : there is a friendy kitty in the house MINETTE. Let's just say she lives most of the time on the terrace. She can move around as she pleases thanks to a cat flap. She doesn't scratch , doesn't meow, ans does her business outside the Residence. No litter box. You will just have to put some kibbles (provided) in the dispenser and water (possible for several days in advance). The appartment is ideally located for visiting the Calanques, Aix en Provence, Marseille, Toulon, the Provencal hinterland... For children : Aqualand 4 km away and OKCorral 11km away.
