Charming renovated townhouse close to the heart of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue

Come and discover this property ideally planned for 4 people.

The house consists of an entrance opening onto a spacious bright living / dining room with refined decoration, and a fully equipped and functional open kitchen.

Upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms with storage, one of which has a private bathroom and a small office ideal for teleworking.

All air-conditioned for optimal comfort.

The terrace overlooking a small garden with trees and fully fenced will allow you to enjoy a barbecue or a drink with family or friends.


Due to its location, this property is ideal for exploring on foot or by bike the famous Venice of Provence with its many summer events (flea market, exhibitions, craft markets, etc.)

Excellent location

This property was perfect for us. We appreciated allowing our two dogs. It was spotless and the location could not be better. We walked into the village center every day and night.

Lovely garden and close to main center ville

The property is well apportioned and easy to walk to the center of town with restaurants, shopping, market days, etc. Quiet evenings in the courtyard, little traffic noise but the train rail is directly across the road from the property, so you will hear occassional trains passing. Most are quiet commuter trains, only a few freight trains, and the noise didn't keep us awake at night. To note, the two water closets are not located in bathrooms with showers. Overall a very nice home in the perfect village.

Exceptional property in great location, literally a 4 minute walk from the centre of town. Lovely private, unoverlooked, sizeable garden with shade from two trees. Air conditioning was a huge asset as the temperature was around 38 - 40 degrees all week. Beautifully clean, spacious and well-equipped house with dishwasher, washing machine etc. Two separate WCs, one upstairs, one downstairs which was very convenient. The description of the house was accurate. Nice touches included a complementary bottle of wine, coffee pods and tea, dishwasher and washing machine tablets and leftover charcoal. firelighters and matches. Would return without hesitation. Communication with the owners and management company was easy and always promptly answered. A great team, Staff who greeted us and saw us off were friendly, polite, informed and professional. The only downside was that the house was across the road from a noisy and busy rail line which carried long freight trains as well as commuter trains. That notwithstanding, we would happily return. There was no other downside. Our collective thanks to the owners and management company!

בסך הכל המקום נעים ובמיקום טוב. בפרסום לא מבינים שחדר שרותים אחד נמצא מול חדר האוכל וחדר השרותים השני נמצא בקומה העליונה בין שני חדרי השינה. חדר מקלחת אחד נמצא בקומה תחתונה וחדר מקלחת שני בתוך אחד בחדרי השינה. מוזר מאוד. בביקור שלי לא עבד האיוורור בקומה העליונה וגם היתה שם נזילה. למרות שביקשתי לתקן ביום הראשון שהגעתי, לא תוקן. חבל.

maison de vacances spacieuse proche du centre ville

Nous avons pu utiliser cette maison de vacances spacieuse pendant une semaine et nous l'avons vraiment apprécié. La maison est propre et bien équipée et dispose d'un grand jardin avec terrasse. Si nécessaire, un arbre fournit beaucoup d’ombre et de fraîcheur. Le centre du village dispose de toutes les commodités et de nombreux bons restaurants et se trouve à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Le seul bémol concernant la maison était le chemin de fer, qui passait assez près de la maison et la route parfois un peu fréquentée. Même si nous savions qu'il y avait une voie ferrée, il y avait des jours où la circulation des trains, principalement des trains de marchandises lourdes, était perturbante et bruyante jusque tard dans la nuit. Tout autour de l'arrivée et du départ était bien organisé et nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux. Cependant, le contact avec l'agence était parfois quelque peu difficile. J'ai notamment envoyé plusieurs fois un message, aussi bien par email que via WhatsApp, pour signaler les heures d'arrivée et de départ, mais mes messages ne semblaient pas toujours passer correctement ou n'étaient pas envoyés à la bonne personne et je n'ai pas toujours reçu de réponse à mes e-mails. D'autre part, nous tenons également à mentionner qu'un problème avec l'eau chaude a été résolu très rapidement et efficacement après notre signalement. Mais à part ces détails, nous avons apprécié la maison, le village et le temps et avons passé de merveilleuses vacances.

Agréable maison

Maison conforme à l'annonce. Un bel espace de vie, maison bien entretenue et confortable. Il manque un peu de matériel pour la cuisine( cuillères en bois, râpe, petit électro ménager) . A noter quand même la proximité avec la vois ferrée. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, à 2 pas du centre ville de l'Isle sur la Sorgue ce qui est un vrai plus.

Jolie maison confortablement rénovée, lumineuse et bien équipée.

Points forts : confort, espace, jardin charmant et bien clos ( pour jeunes enfants ou chien) et proximité du centre qui permet de tout faire à pied. Super pour les amateurs de brocante et de marché. Point faible : rue assez bruyante et proximité de la voie ferrée lorsqu'on est à l'extérieur. La maison est parfaitement isolée.
