This sweet little vacation home is ideally located right off of I-5, a short walkable distance to historic downtown Roseburg. This recently updated bungalow is charming and artfully decorated. Whether you are visiting Roseburg, Umpqua Valley wine country, Crater Lake, the Oregon Coast, or just passing through on I-5, the Sophisticated Bungalow is well stocked with all the amenities you will need for your trip.
This charming bungalow boasts original hardwood floors, is artfully decorated, and filled with nice touches to make your stay extra special. You won't be disappointed. The kitchen is fully stocked with Coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. A stocked laundry room, iron and ironing board to keep you looking your best! WIFI, Blu Ray Player and a Smart TV to keep you entertained when you are not out and about. The backyard is private and has a gas BBQ for you to use. The front covered porch is a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage. Sit back, relax and watch the wild turkeys and deer.
You will have private access to the entire home and fenced yard during your stay.
There is plenty of street parking right in front of the home.

Enjoyable visit

We enjoyed our stay in a well equipped small 'cottage' type house.For our visit to Roseburg it was perfect.Sue was on top of things and thinks of convenience for the guest, even to the extent of having the AC turned on prior to our arrival.

Cozy and relaxing

Location is walkable to restaurants and pubs. 4 adults on a wine tasting weekend. The kitchen was well-stocked, comfortable beds, and a great space to just hang out and chat with each other. Highly recommend.

Great stay!

Went to visit our daughter. House was just a few blocks from where she lives. She came for bfast each morning and I was even able to cook a nice dinner for her and her friends! Kitchen is well stocked and lots of room for hanging out and playing games! Will definitely stay again!

Perfect!!

In town for a wedding, found this lil gem with all the comforts of home! Extremely clean, spacious, lovely, stylish older home with a lot of charm! Very quiet neighborhood enjoyed sitting on the front porch, well shaded watching the kids bike & play. Will def be back!

Cozy little home

Cute little home that had everything we needed. The only issue was the remote for the tv. It only worked part time so watched Netflix on our laptop but we did not get around to calling the host about it. Overall it was a great place to stay and we appreciated all the love and care that went in to this place.

Great stay!

We traveled to Roseburg to play in a golf tournament at the Roseburg Country Club. The house was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The surrounding area of Roseburg is just beautiful. It was very hot during our stay, but the room air conditioners were great and kept the main room and bedrooms nice and cool! Nice beds and linens. I slept well. Thanks for a great stay!

Cozy Little Bungalow

This is a cute well-appointed house. This was a new neighborhood to me, but it was quiet and having a glass of wine out on the porch was really peaceful. You are close to a lot of nice restaurants. Didn't do much walking because of the cold, but was a nice neighborhood to walk in. Pretty houses. I like houses like these that have personality plus. Could live here. Will stay again when next in Roseburg.

Great homebase

We enjoyed staying at the Sophisticated Bungalow. I was there with my three kids (ages 10, 8, and 6) as we visit my Grandma. The place is clean and nicely decorated. I cooked every meal there and had all the cookware I needed. There’s a BBQ but I didn’t use it. It was hot while we were here (90s) and the ACs kept the house cool. Our last rental in Roseburg didn’t have AC on the top floor so it was so hot! This one was great. I drank my coffee on the front porch each morning and it was perfect temp, comfy and quiet. It’s a great location as we went to the Wildlife Safari, the parks, and the skating center. There were a few dvds. The downside is there were no games and we play quite a few games on vacation. I brought some so we were fine but there’s none there. Thank you for letting us stay here! We come once a year so I hope to stay here in the future!

Cute cottage

This cottage is very cute, super clean and located close to restaurants. We walked to breakfast and dinner. It is comfortable and well supplied. We saw wild turkeys and deer in the center median as a special treat.
