and plenty of storage space.

Upstairs:
- 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a large closet
- Bathroom featuring a bathtub with a thermostatic mixer faucet, vanity with mirror (bath mat provided), and an electric towel warmer

Shutters on all windows. Mosquito screens on the bedroom windows.

RATES:
September through June: 80€ per night, minimum 2 nights

July and August: 100€ per night, weekly rentals only (700€ from Saturday to Saturday)

- Kitchen kit including a tea towel, sponge, and trash bags, as well as a roll of toilet paper.
- Complimentary samples: coffee pods, tea, and sugar
to welcome you during your stay.

The cleaning service remains MANDATORY at a rate of €50 to ensure exemplary cleanliness and, above all, thorough disinfection of the accommodation.
