Spacious Studio apartment (50 qm) with one large bedroom, full equipped kitchen and dining area. Beautiful views towards the mountains in both directions: Selkirk and Purcell Mountains. New suite in a house on a hill with amazing views (1 of 2) . Modern furniture like two comfy love seats and new appliances in the kitchen. King size teak bed with indirect light from shelf above. European bedding is available for two guests. Huge windows give lots of daylight and the wonderful views towards the mountains and the valley.
For long term tenants there are washer & dryer available.
Separate main entrance and parking in a carport give lots of privacy.
