A compact yet functional dining table with seating for four is also included. The property includes access to an outdoor space. While patio furniture is not currently available, guests are welcome to move the indoor chairs or table outside if they wish to enjoy the fresh air. The fully fenced backyard offers a safe and spacious area, ideal for children and dogs to play. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire basement suite, which includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a private entrance from the backyard. Please note that the suite is situated near train tracks, and occasional noise from passing trains may be heard during the night.
