This is a LUXURY condo with breathtaking oceanfront views from the 13th floor. Both the living room and bedroom feature a wall of windows, with sliding doors that open to a spacious private 25 foot balcony where you overlook sugar white sandy beaches and the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy relaxing tropical breezes, the sound of the surf, and spectacular sunsets.
BEACH CHAIR SERVICE(ONLY AVAILABLE FROM MARCH 1 TO OCTOBER 31) means you have 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella waiting for you on the beach. The beach chair service will set it up for you. You can even pick your own spot!
This is a great condo for a romantic couples retreat or a senior get away.
The bedroom has a four post king size bed . The mattress is like sleeping on air. There is a 55' flat screen SMART TV and Blu-ray player in the living room and the master has a 40" flat screen T.V, The bathroom is being renovated right now, photos soon to follow. The bed linens and comforters are cleaned after each stay. All bedding is encased. This is an extremely clean unit. This condo is right on the beach with breathtaking gulf views. For guests who bring their laptops, games, etc. there is WIFI. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There are five food stores within five miles and super Wal-Mart is within walking distance. The dining area seats four and there is a breakfast bar. The bathroom has an elongated toilet seat and there is a washer & dryer. The balcony is comfortably furnished to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day and evening.
Long Beach features 3 pools with hot tubs, all right next to 1300 feet of magnificent white sand beach on the Gulf. The main pool is a 6,800 square foot lagoon design with a waterfall that you can swim through. Relax with your favorite beverage and snack at 'The Hang Out' poolside bar and grill. On-site availability of jet-ski, para-sailing, banana boat and beach chair & umbrella rentals. We now have a gym located on the premises. Long Beach is gated with 24 hour security guards so that you have a safe vacation.
Long Beach is located on the east end of Front Beach Rd., conveniently located near everything you would need on your vacation, entertainment, 8 local golf courses, outstanding restaurants, the new Pier Park shopping experience, and more. Walk to restaurants, shops, miniature golf, Ripley's Museum, Wonderworks and nightlife. It's a short drive to St. Andrews State Park for amazing seashells, movie theaters, marinas for fishing charters, and so much more!
