Bear's Cove is a very unique cabin that is a round house with floor to ceiling stained and grained wood. Upon arrival to this cabin, you know you are in the right spot! Settle in on the leather couch for an afternoon nap, or enjoy a movie on one of the T.V.'s in every room and spend some alone time with that special someone at last..
This cabin has 2 bedrooms with an additional loft bedroom/gameroom to accommodate everyone in your family. This fun game room is not just for the kids, but those big kids as well with 2 arcade games and a plethora of movies to choose from to watch. This cabin has a fully stocked kitchen with both types of coffee pots and everything you need to cook for your guests, or simply enjoy a pizza. Either way this cabin says "come on in and stay awhile."
When the time is right there is King sized bed in 2 of the 3 rooms with a Queen sized bed in the additional room. All beds are brand new and so cozy . The loft bedroom has 2 futons that are perfect for those kids to pile up on and give them some fun adult free space to watch one of the hundreds of movies that are provided, or play those arcade games leaving you just a few childfree relaxing moments. Each bedroom has its own full private bathroom. Now, on to our favorite part, the massive hottub is there for you to enjoy and try to slip away from that daily hustle and bustle we call life. You can also enjoy the mountain view and a cup of coffee on the double swing on the front porch. Fyi, there are outdoor ring cameras to protect from theft and these are pointed at the entry to the doors on the house.

Holiday weekend at Bears Cove

My family and I spent an excellent holiday weekend at Bear’s Cove. The cabin was equipped with all amenities needed for the duration of our stay. The cleanliness was top notch! Our host Kelli was very responsive and informative. The one and only issue we ran into was the comfort of the mattresses in both downstairs rooms, which caused some restless nights . However, everything else was absolutely exceptional. Loved the peaceful neighborhood in which this cabin is located. Helpful tip; full length mirrors would be appreciated in each room.

Great location

Perfect location to get away from it all yet close enough to all you would need and want. The home is fully stocked with utensils ECT, very peaceful, would definitely recommend and will visit again.

Fun family getaway

We had a great time staying at Bears Cove. It was a beautiful cabin and close to the attractions we visited. When I had a question, I received a quick response from the owner. We will be booking with these owners again.

Home away from home

TN is our home away from home and this cabin fit our family perfect. The kids loved having their own space in the loft to hangout and the hot tub was nice to relax in after a day of hiking and shopping. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

The cabin was decorated so cute and very clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hot tub was so nice at night and we enjoyed the views from the front porch. It’s a great location being secluded yet just a short trip to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Wahoo zip line is right down the road by the pool and the zip line crew was fantastic. We had an amazing family vacation to celebrate my daughter’s 21st bday!

Absolutely Beautiful!

This was a beautiful clean cabin with a unique round shape that was so much fun to stay in. I stayed with my family of 4 and we had a wonderful time. We could see the mountain view from our deck and we could see it through the window when sitting at the table and living room. My kiddos enjoyed the loft area and there were several DVDs. We all had a fun time eating on the deck and enjoying the hot tub. Everything is literally 15 minutes or less away with an easy drive that passed super fast (never felt like 15 minutes). We LOVED the zip lines at the front entrance, and you get a discount for staying in the cabins there. Owners were quick to respond with any questions.

A Special Place

The cabin was absolutely unique and beautiful. The kids loved it. Looks small outside but is big and roomy on the inside. Besides the cabin being clean, cozy and more than accommodating for a family of 7 with 5 children, there were so many useful amenities and local attractions. The communal pool and on-site Zip lining were a big hit with the kids. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner, Randy, who happen to be in town staying at bigger neighboring cabin that is also available on VRBO. Randy is one of the most kindest, good-hearted gentlemen you will ever come across and my family and I feel blessed to have met him. Thank you so much Randy, we will never forget you and your open heart. -Giovanni

Over the Smoky Mountains and Through The Woods

Bears Cove was the perfect location for our first family vacation to the Smoky Mountains! The cabin was in a great location to view the mountains. Outside of the city, but close enough to visit town for your needs or entertainment. Community pool was perfect. Cabin hot tub was lovely each night after walking around town all day. Bedrooms are comfy. Loved the grill on the porch for homecooked meals. Area is quiet - we barely heard anyone in the community. Wifi was great for our entertainment needs (laptop, Nintendo Switch, cell phones, etc). We recommend taking the Wahoo Zipline Tour, which is located at the entrance of the resort. Would recommend Bears Cove to anyone.

Beautiful property, poor communication with property owners

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. The views were so beautiful, but I would only recommend staying in the late spring to early fall unless you have a winter vehicle. In the description of the property it should be noted the the property is at the top of a very steep hill and when it snows a car not built for it can’t get up the hill. When I contacted the property manager I was told “walk up the hill or hitch a ride.” This was in freezing snow. Then when we got there the hot tube wasn’t full and it was green. I messaged them again and they never responded to me. But I guess the positive is it eventually filled up on the last we were there.

3 family get away

This was exactly what we wanted! 3 my best friends from grade school and our families spent 4 nights in this cabin. The cleanliness was amazing. Each bedroom with your own bathroom. We had 6 adults, and children ages 1, 3.5, 7, and 10. Each of the bedrooms downstairs are on the smaller side, but one fit a small toddler blow up mattress and the other a pack n play just fine. The loft upstairs is HUGE! We could have easily fit 2-4 more people. The space is well maximized. The deck is great. The deck off the back does not have the Mountain View’s, but off the front you can catch some pretty amazing sunsets and stare off the mountain side. Everything is about 15-25 minute drive. We did the horseback ride at the Deer farm. Would 10/10 recommend. We also went to the Goats on the Roof coaster ride. SO fun. Dollywood had NO wait times and I absolutely recommend going this time of year! We WILL be back.
