Stylish, comfortable, first-floor two-bedroom flat located in the historic Lowry Hill neighborhood of Minneapolis. Adjacent to Kenwood and East Isles neighborhoods in between Uptown and Downtown. This bright and spacious neoclassic flat is conveniently located by the best restaurants, bars, shops, our beautiful chain of city lakes, walking and bike paths, and the world-famous Walker Art Center.

The space
Come and stay in a beautiful flat with old-world character seamlessly coupled with all the modern amenities. A working wood-burning fireplace, leaded windows, hardwood floors, 10’ high ceilings, glass-paned French doors to the side deck, and tons of natural light along with high-end appliances, cozy beds, and hi-speed wireless internet.

• Wireless high-speed fiber optic internet
• Ultra-comfortable and eco-friendly organic linens and Avocado brand mattresses in the master king and queen guest bedroom.
• Large gourmet chef’s kitchen with high-end stainless-steel appliances (Sub-Zero refrigerator, four-burner Wolf gas stove, Fisher & Paykel double-drawer dishwasher) and large center island with a marble countertop. The kitchen also includes a toaster oven, cookware, bakeware, utensils, dishes, and a variety of glassware.
• Various coffee and tea makers.
• Full sized in unit bathroom with oversized French porcelain tub/shower stocked with eco-friendly linens and toiletries.
• We only use eco-friendly cleaning and laundry supplies and favor Oeko-Tek standard and organic towels and linens.
• Hairdryer
• Huge basement yoga type studio with cushioned wood flooring, mirrors and adjacent open area with weights and punching bag. *Bring your own mats
• Brand new laundry room with two Speed Queen washers and dryers and large second 3/4 private bath.
• Iron and ironing board available upon request.

We prefer quiet time from 10 pm to 7 am Sunday to Thursday and 11 pm to 8 am on holidays and weekends. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis after a conversation. If you desire more frequent cleaning services during your stay it is $200 per full cleaning, it takes two people three hours per cleaning. Full cleaning is required once per month on extended stays and not included in the initial quote. A payment request adjustment will be sent prior to your stay.

Guest access
For guests with cars, there is free street parking directly in front of the house in addition to a two-car attached garage (with one space available for your use per flat). There is a set of stairs from the basement to the first-floor flat. You will have full access to the entire unit you rent plus a shared exercise, laundry and bath room in basement.

From the outside, this property looks like one beautiful historic mansion but it was built and is maintained as, two separate 2 bed/1 bath units that have almost identical layouts. This listing is for Flat #1 on the first floor and use of the basement shared amenities such as the exercise/yoga studio, laundry room and additional bath. This property is meticulously maintained and truly one of the nicest rentals in Historic Lowry Hill. We are fully licensed as a rental, have insurance, and regularly get inspected.
