This lovely 2BR apartment is on the 2nd floor of our duplex on a quiet residential street close to Lake Harriet. It is light and airy with central air and hardwood floors throughout. There is a great front porch that is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.
One spacious bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed. There is a comfy pull out sofa in the living room.
The updated kitchen has a dishwasher and is stocked with all your cooking essentials. There is also a washer and dryer right in the apartment!

Flat screen TV featuring Sling TV and Roku (which you can use to access your own streaming services, ie. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc)
One off street parking spot plus plenty of on street parking available.
There is a security camera on the exterior of the house to deter package thieves and vandalism. There are no interior recording devices.

There is a wide variety of restaurants, bars, upscale grocery stores and shopping (both major retailers and local independent shops) as well as bike trails, walking and running paths, sailing, canoe, kayak, paddleboarding, swimming and cross country skiing all within either walking distance of the apartment or a quick bike or car ride away.
The apartment is 1 block from a bus line that provides access to the entire Twin Cities area. You could take a bus downtown and connect to the light rail to MSP airport, Mall of America or downtown St. Paul. By car you can be on I-94 or I-35W within minutes.
