Carriage House Charmer

Property was well located - we could walk to restaurants and the lake was just down the street. It was well stocked with everything we needed, quiet, and the place was super clean. Owners were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!

My partner and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and had an amazing trip. The property is beautiful, sparkling clean, modern and comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect. There's so much in walking distance but still ample street parking if you have a car. The host was clear on description and instructions, and answered all of our questions quickly. I would absolutely stay here again!

Weekend Oasis

The carriage house was awesome. It was a home away from home and such a restful, enjoyable time. The kitchen was great and we loved taking time to eat there as much as going out. The layout allowed positive energy to flow throughout. Thank you.

Relaxing Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future. The carriage house literally has everything you need, including laundry. It is very clean and well maintained and the check in and out process was super easy. Lots to do in the area, but also a great place to sip coffee in the morning or watch a movie later in the day.

We have stayed at this property 5 or 6 times. It’s perfect for our needs. Close to the lakes, restaurants, grocery, bakery, etc. Super easy to get downtown. The space itself is modern and well designed, just enough for two people. Ryan and Natacha are a pleasure to work with and super responsive. We feel welcome and comfortable here. We’ll be back again in the Fall!

Excellent property

Rod met us at the garage and let us in. He showed us the apartment which is beautiful. It was very clean with great light from the windows. Bed was comfortable, living room too. Nice kitchen. Great walk-in shower. It was easy to get around to where we were going. Rod and Annie are very nice people.

Beautifully furnished apartment in quiet area steps to lake

This was our second time staying at this lovely, quiet and private apartment in the Ecco neighborhood, a few blocks South and West of Uptown. It was about 4 mins walk to the amazing Black Walnut bakery, 8 mins walk to the lovely lake and lakefront at Bde Maka Ska and similar to Uptown. The apartment is really comfortable and beautifully outfitted. Everything is of high quality and clearly a lot of thought went into the decor and design. Kitchen is fully equipped, bed very comfortable. Parking was easy on the street, (not sure how well that would work in winter in Minneapolis). Natacha was very responsive and helpful. Thank you so much Natacha! We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful apartment a block from the lake

A beautifully decorated, tasteful and modern apartment that was very warm and comfortable with high-end appliances, a well-appointed kitchen and a great bed! Just a block and a half from the lake and from Uptown which would be great for a Summer or Fall trip although we were there in January which wasn’t quite so balmy. It’s quite a long way from the interstate which added a lot of time to our trips around the metro and to the airport. Also, the property is above a garage structure and only accessible from the alley, not the street, which was confusing and saw us scrambling around the snowbanks when we first arrived and tried to figure out the access. It does come with a parking spot in the garage which was very welcome given the cold and snow, but it was an extremely tight fit for our full-size rental car. Owners Rod and Annie were kind and responsive throughout.

I must be into double digit stays at this property now. Location, location, location! Two blocks from the lake. Two blocks from Uptown dining & shopping. Two blocks from the best croissants anywhere except Paris! The surrounding neighborhoods are great for walking or biking. Short Uber rides to downtown or the U of Minnesota. The space is perfect for one or two people with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We loved the layout of this ADU. It's in a fantastic central location with an easy walk to Bde Maka Ska lake in one direction and restaurants and entertainment in the other direction. The neighborhood is pretty and has great houses. The ADU was clean and decorated nicely. We appreciated the coffee and Kind Bars and the very spacious closet. The couch was pretty small for my 6'2" partner, and there were no measuring spoons, but still a 5-star stay.
