Please be prepared to provide details of all guests and dogs. A vacation agreement and copy of ID is required prior to receiving access details for home. Vacation agreement will be emailed via DocuSign. ID must match the booking name. Additional fee of $25 per person for over 8 guests, including children. Absolutely no parties - quiet respectful guest only. We respect our year-round neighbors. Guests should be prepared to keep noise level to a respectful level so that neighbors are not disturbed. We appreciate your cooperation.

Home and linens are professionally cleaned after every stay per CDC guidelines.

**Dogs must be pre-approved prior to booking. Please describe your dog. Pet Fee is non-refundable. 2 Dogs maximum. Pet Fee will be added at the time of booking through Airbnb/VRBO. There are no grass areas on property for dogs - park is one lane over. Dogs must be house broken and accustomed to traveling. Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pet(s). Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in beds. Please bring appropriate bedding and/or crate.

Cleaning Fee and pet fee are non-fundable.

SECURITY: For security purposes, we have security cameras on the perimeter of the property. Exterior only and NO cameras inside of the home.

In the summer months, hop on the free Ventura Trolley to Downtown for more shops, restaurants, movie theaters and historical sights. Ventura also offers local hiking, bike trails, golfing, wine tasting, small breweries, plus day spas and much more.
Santa Barbara is only a 30-minute drive. Here you can enjoy many restaurants, bike rentals, the Zoo, the Santa Barbara Mission, concerts, wine tasting and art shows.

The house comes with lots of beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, and everything you need! We were also impressed by how many bath towels were stocked, which was so convenient. The kitchen was equipped better than my kitchen at home is (so many bowls) and is large which makes it easy to entertain! We truly loved our stay, and I didn't want to leave!
