With access to over 3 kilometres of groomed walking trails around the perimeter of Penman Island, Greystone is a pure delight for the entire family. Arrive to an oversized boathouse, where you can choose to ride the inclinator up to the main cottage, or climb up via a cascading rock staircase. Choosing the stairs will bring you the waterfront side of the cottage, where an extended deck with screened in dining for 10 or an open seating area overlooking the lake awaits you. To the right, a screened-in Muskoka room offers an intimate area to socialize with friends, or a dreamy spot to enjoy your afternoon siesta on a hammock.
Up one level, a second sprawling deck wraps around all three water facing sides of the cottage. The deck fades into the rocky mainland, providing direct access to the private Bunkie and the well-lit walking trails. Down at the dock, crystal clear deep waters await your best dive!

Overlooking the panoramic view of the lake, the inviting family dining room beckons a good time surrounding an extended dining table with seating for 12 or more!

Enter into the lower level of the cottage from the back deck where a large, Rec room exhibits modern-bohemian decor, a plush sofa and love seat surrounding the flatscreen TV. A darling kitchenette with subzero fridges and a sink resides along the right wall.
