The the place was clean up on arrival and the pictures matched the description of the home accurately.If you’re looking for quiet and relaxing, this is your place!FYI you cannot drink the water here so you need to bring bottled water!

Our family of 4 had a very enjoyable and relaxing few days at the cottage. From the beginning Kamil was attentive and very accessible as a host. Cottage was extremely clean and tidy and we loved all the amenities that came with our stay- games, streaming services, mini put, kayaking, fire pit and especially the water trampoline kept the kids entertained the entire time! We also love that we could have our dog join in on the family fun!Highly recommend and we hope to return again!

We loved the cottage. We slept 6 adults and a baby in a pack and play. It was tight in the room with the pack and play but it worked. We loved the lake. Great for swimming and kayaking and the water trampoline was fun. The screened in porch was great for dinners and games. The fire area was big and lots of chairs which was great! Communication was excellent. He responded almost immediately.

Stayed August 30th to September 4th.From the minute we pulled up to the property it was as advertised. Clean, updated and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Absolutely loved the sky lights in the showers!!The screened in dinning area was great for family meals and even listening to the rain storms!The lake was calm and pristine! Having the Kayaks available put about 30 hours in them over the course of are stay!Fishing off the dock was great for the kids! Small bass were plenty. Kids also enjoyed water trampoline.Walks along Dayeo road were great for the pup, lots of wilderness to explore!Make sure you bring water to drink and cook with. Towels for bathing and swimming. A clothing line would have been helpful but made do with deck railing.Absolutely booking again!!!

Amazing cottage with lovely bedrooms - ensuite in the master bedroom was perfect. The screened in dining room was very roomy and ideal for the whole family to have dinner together. The room has an amazing view of the lake. Lots of outdoor space, on the deck or by the fireplace. We rented a pontoon boat from Gordon Bay Marina and they were excellent about getting it in and out of the water. The dock at the cottage was a bit too small for the size of our pontoon, but we made it work. I expect the owners of the cottage will be putting in a new dock soon as this one needs to be replaced. Again, we made it work and certainly spent lots of time there. They provided lots of float toys and we made good use of the HUGE water donut that is kept at the dock. We swam, kayaked, snorkeled, fished (great fishing!) and generally relaxed with our family for our week. We will be back!

Perfect family stay!

I’m so glad we booked this cottage for the week for our family. Not only is the location great but the lake front property was amazing. The cottage was so clean and the linens smelled so fresh it was like being at home. From time of booking and during our stay communication with the host was always prompt and efficient. We couldn’t be happier we booked here and are looking forward to returning.

Lovely cottage

This is a lovely cottage that has been impeccably updated. The lake view is gorgeous and it was very peaceful. Kamil was a great host and responded promptly to any questions we had. Unfortunately it was too early in the season to take advantage of the water activities but we would certainly consider returning in the future.

Great summer break!

Nicely appointed modern cottage, comfortably would sleep 6 adults/2 kids, fabulous screened in porch, spacious outdoor deck for BBQ’ing, easy access to a beautiful quiet lake, nice road access for walks, very close to the amenities of Mactier! Host was very responsive and helpful! Wonderful property!

What a great find this cottage was for our group! This spot is located on a quiet lake with lots of loon, otter, and some (small) turtle sightings. The screened in section on the patio is such a great feature. The cottage itself is beautiful, modern, and came stocked with coffees, games, and easy access to the smart TV. An easy 25 minute drive to Port Carling for restaurants. Would love to come back!

We had such a fantastic stay! The cottage was clean and modern, and communication with Kamil was exceptional. The view of the lake from the cottage was gorgeous, and the lake was nice and calm for my toddler to walk into and play in. We will definitely be returning, and would highly recommend the property to anyone looking to rent.
