About this property

Poolside, steps away from Beach

Our condo has a relaxed feel in the perfect location near many attractions. Its located on the first floor next to the pool and across the street from the beach. In addition, its waking distance to restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, shopping, fishing pier, boardwalk, and a liquor store. Destin/Crab Island is just under a 10 minute drive.

We provide beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrellas. You'll be able to watch Netflix, Disney+ and Kadirnet IPTV in the living room and in each bedroom. If you're still not ready to give up those beach vibes you can hang out at the pool, inside our private screened patio or outdoor patio. Please note*** our pool is seasonal and closed until May.

Beach get-away

The property was just the right size, clean and accessible to the beach. I was a bit disappointed with the television selection process. We couldn’t really see the stations we wanted to see. That was the only disappointment.

Poolside condo??

Advertised as poolside condo. Pool was closed. Location is great for beach goers. Needs updating but functional & clean inside. Porch & patio need alot of TLC. Grill was not usable without a good cleaning.

Safe but missing details.

It was very different this time for us, as this was our 6th time staying on Okaloosa island. Usually we stay in the Emerald towers for a week Saturday to Saturday for the same money we spent on this unit we had for 4 days 3 nights. My biggest disappointment was the pool not being opened even though it is listed in the listing having a pool and when I asked the unit owner about the pool , she stated that it is seasonal and may not be open yet and that she would contact the HOA president and find out if it would be open while we were on vacation there and let me know what she finds out, but she never got back to me.and the My recommendation is to have on this propertys listing that the pool is seasonal, my daughter is heartbroken she didn't get to swim. Also misleading is the property is showing it on the beach side of the main road on Okaloosa island, but is not. Read the small print, I missed it when I booked the unit.

Nice stay

Good location, inside clean and maintained well. Great communication with owner. The only drawbacks for me was that the front of the property was not shown in photos so I was a little surprised at the appearance of the outside of the building. The pool was not in working order during our stay. But overall we really enjoyed the stay, it was quiet and very nice to be away from the party scene as a family.

I've always preferred Okaloosa Island because you get every single perk Destin has to over without the crowd and traffic congestion.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this property because of its located on Okaloosa Island. Its on the first floor, next to the pool and directly across the street from the beach. Besides that, its walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, fishing pier, aquarium and liquor store. I provide beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrellas. Destin is under a 10 minute drive.

What makes this property unique

Its got a screen patio and outdoor patio if you want to continue enjoying the Florida breeze.
