Exactly as described

Perfect location for people who don’t want to be around the “party crowd” that’s usually in Pensacola and Destin but who still want the convenience of having restaurants and touristy stuff within a 5 mile drive. There is even a little restaurant within walking distance that overlooks the water and has good food. The condo had the basic needs. Very clean. Easy check in and out. Spacious.

Just amazing

Kim is just great- The condo was super clean, had everthing we could have possibly needed, and the beach is literally right there! The area is quiet and there are lots of restaurants nearby, too- We had an awesome time and definitely plan to come back to Kim's place!

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our time and would recommend this condo to couples who need a get away. We were able to relax and enjoy the view from our balcony and it’s just a short walk to the beach. Kim was quick to respond during check in and she is a great host!

Great spot

This is the second time staying here. We love it because it is toward the end of the beach so it is not so busy. Wonderful view. We had a really relaxing time. Recommend it! Thanks!

Chill Time Away

The building is well maintained and well lit. The location and condo/amenities were as described; everything was clean and accommodating. The unit had a great view from the balcony, and access to sand and water is steps away. Good communication with the owner. I will be back!!!

Loved it!!

I have nothing but positives to give. Loved the place. Right on the beach. Breath taking view from the balcony. Great communication with owner. Great location. There is so much to do and everything is so close. My nephew and i was there for a weekend getaway, but we are already planning to go back. I would highly recommend the place.

Wonderful vacation

This was one of the best locations we’ve stayed in Fort Walton! The unit was clean and had just enough space for our little family of four. What made it for us was the immaculate view. You can literally see, hear and smell the ocean when you open the window. Kim was amazing with communication and quickly answered any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are back in Florida!

Great family vacation

Son’s family stayed in separate condo at Vista Del Mar. Enjoyed experiencing granddaughter’s first trip to beach and appreciated being able to bring small pet. Condo was very clean and had great view. Owner was easily accessible and responsive. Nice deep tub in bath, grab bars would be beneficial. Quiet neighborhood and close parking. Will definitely recommend and hope to be back next year.

Great quiet spot with a gorgeous view

We loved the location, the ease of check in and the view from our balcony. Everything was clean and they had everything we needed for and excellent stay. We would definitely return. The only issue we had was the tv's. We couldn't get the bedroom one to work at all and the living room was spotty. It didn't really matter to us and we did not report it.

Great Getaway!

I love this little place! It is so cutely decorated, clean and comfy. The beach view and access were great. I do have a couple of complaints. The listing indicated there was an elevator which is huge for my mobility impacted mother. Well, something told me to confirm this before I got there and nope...no elevator. I notified Kim and she was not aware it was listed with an elevator and changed that info. Also, while the place is super cute, the cloth chairs in the living area felt a little weird/slick as though they were dirty(but didn't actually look dirty). Btw, communication with Kim was great. Keyless access made checkin a breeze. Loved the bedroom and bathroom. My biggest complaint of all...I should've booked for more days! Definitely a 10/10 stay.

Booked last minute and loved it

Booked last minute and loved the place. Loved the location, very quiet. We got to meet and become friends with some amazing locals. The only downside about our stay is that we booked for 5, it slept 4, as the pullout couch listed was no longer at the property, but we bought an air mattress and made the best of the situation. Would definitely visit here again.

Nice Place for a Couple

Everything was great. Very clean. Easy access to the beach. Great view from the balcony. Owner was a good host, even taking care of a problem I had with a neighbors dog barking late at night (for hours!). We’d definitely stay here again.

Just right!

We initially booked this unit because we had a dog that loved the beach and our hearts were broken when he passed away leaving just us to make the trip. Little did we know, it was just right for us. Was all we needed and just what we needed (minus our fur baby). Owner was superb to deal with. If I had to nitpick, I would upgrade shower head but absolutely loved this quaint unit in a prime location!!

Why they chose this property

I chose this condo because it is not located next to the crowds. I was looking for a more peaceful and tranquil place to enjoy myself. It's not a high rise and has direct access to the beach that literally is steps away from that prestine white sand and the beautiful water!

What makes this property unique

So super close to the beach, great View & almost at the text of Okaloosa Island that there won't be anything built for miles upon miles!
