Leave all of your worries behind and retreat to the stunning white beaches of the Emerald Coast. Vista Del Mar has unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico and its stunning shoreline. Take in the view while relaxing in the shade of your private, covered balcony or while unwinding in your spacious living room. Our condo rental offers all of the comforts of your own home, including a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi and a pay washer and dryer on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The secondary bedroom, you will find 2 twin beds. The living room has a pull out sofa bed - able to sleep 1 or 2 guests. Our vacation condo will comfortably sleep up to five people, making it an incredible choice for a group vacation with friends and family.
Wake up each day to the sound of waves gently falling against the shore, and let the sound lure you downstairs. Take a short walk down the beach boardwalk in Fort Walton Beach and sink your feet in the sand.

Great location and condo

This condo is in an amazing location. The inside is very clean and makes for a great stay. The owner was friendly and very helpful. Perfect if you are traveling with pets too!

Great Ocean/Beach View and access. Clear and timely communication. Great place to stay. Great deal for the cost. Will return for sure!! Cannot beat the white sand beach (like baby powder) and clear water (like bath water 5 ft plus visibility). Quite uncrowded area! Very private feel! Thanks for everything Kim! You are the best!!

We had a fantastic time staying here! The beach was lovely and the view was beautiful. The location really fit our family. We could spend time at the beach or explore other activities that were only a few minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous view, quiet location Hard to leave.

Kim’s condo on the 3rd floor of this cute 9 units building was fantastic Of course, the wide open view is stunning even from the living room. The balcony was very protected from wind so we were cozy even in colder days. We stayed in December. The rooms, bathroom and kitchen were just right for us. Everything was clean and functional. The building is right behind the dune, so direct access to the beach. Loved the Fort Walton area. Found good restaurants. Just Stewby’s a few miles up the road was very good. You can’t take your dog on the beach, but we found plenty of places and activities to do with her. Kim was a perfect host, very responsive and accommodating. We’d love to say again.

Such a Wonderful Place with Beautiful Views!!!!

This is the upper west unit with awesome views of the gulf on the private balcony! We had such a great time staying here! The beach is literally only a few steps away & many fantastic restaurants are very close by. If you need groceries Publix is only 5-10 minutes away depending on traffic on Brooks bridge. We truly loved this place & can't wait to come back! In addition, the owner made everything from check-in to check-out extremely easy & painless....thank you!!!! Karl & Cindy

Beautiful location | we recommend

This condo was in a great location & worked well for us and our 2 teens. We loved being on the 3rd floor for the view (thankfully it's not on the 1st floor where the dunes block your view). Kitchen was well stocked with cook ware etc. Beds were comfortable - however furniture in living room could use replacing. Warning: this is a dog- friendly unit BUT dogs are not allowed in beaches across the entire county. Our fur baby was fine just hanging out though. We ran into a couple of issues during our stay. Owner was very quick to respond and solution-oriented.

Awesome View and Pet Friendly Too

Great place to stay right on the beach... If you like quiet this is the place for you and family. There were 3 of us so didn't have a problem with the 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom layout. The unit was clean and well taken care of and the beds were comfortable. Had a small hiccup with the internet password word but the property manager helped us out in minutes. She is awesome and provided great customer service fast! Considerate pet owners kept pet noise to a minimum. If you didn't see them you wouldn't know that there pets at this low density complex. We're already planning our next stay!

Winter on Okaloosa

As we reached the Florida state line, I texted the owner for the street address of Vista Del Mar to put in our GPS. The owner answered promptly with that information as well as the code to open the door. After unloading our baggage, I found two places in the unit with the wifi password posted but, of the available networks, I could not relate one to the unit. So I texted the owner again and she gave me the names and passwords of the wifi. On the third day of our stay I received a welcome email from VRBO which included the street address, the wifi information, and other check-in information. We totally enjoyed our mid winter stay. The temperatures on Okaloosa Island were about 15 degrees below normal (and the temperatures at home (Ohio) were about 15 degrees above normal) but it was still warmer than home. It was great to be able to stroll up and down the beach and to sit on the balcony above the beach (sometimes quite warm and sometimes needing a light jacket). Every morning and evening, we would watch as ‘sun worshipers’ would gather up and down the beach to watch the sun rise or set. I think we only had one rainy day out of our 6 full days. And the island neighborhood is very dog friendly. The unit was very clean. My wife was impressed on how comfortable the bed was. The VRBO pictures of the unit showed a Kurig coffee maker, and since we use a Mr Coffee type brewer at home, we bought Kcup coffee for our stay. We needn’t have as the unit had both a Kurig and a Mr Coffee brewer. We would come back.

Why they chose this property

This property is great because it is in a small 9 unit complex and right on the beach! It doesn't take you 10 minutes to walk to the water and you also have an AMAZING view of the ocean! What else can you ask for!

What makes this property unique

I may be biased but my unit is the best in the building! You are in a quiet complex that takes just seconds to get to the beach and in a great area! It can't be beat!
