The beautiful holiday home with sea view "Villa Klaudia" is located near the old town of Trogir, in the tranquil village of Okrug Gornji on the Ciovo peninsula. Trogir is located in central Dalmatia, approx. 25 km from Split.
The house is fully air-conditioned, since 2014 we have a new swimming pool, we have free WiFi in all apartments, has enough parking spaces, 5 garages and a large grill that is available to our guests.

Wir waren für 12 Tage in diesem tollen Appartment. Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern und der Platz reicht wunderbar aus. Es war alles sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Der Pool war für uns neben dem Meer auch sehr toll. Wir haben uns hier vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt. Das Haus wie auch der Pool alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Mehr als das wir sehr sehr gerne wieder kommen wollen gibt es eigentlich nicht mehr zu sagen. Es war fantastisch!!!! Vielen lieben Dank für diesen erholsamen und wundervollen Urlaub!

Prima Urlaub

Wir waren diesen Mai in der Villa Klaudia und hatten das Apartment Laura gebucht. Es ist ideal für Pärchen, 1 Schlafzimmer, eine Wohnküche, 1 Loggia und zwei Balkone (einer mit Gartenblick im Schatten und einer mit tollem Blick auf das Meer). Es wahr sehr sauber und die Gastgeber waren echt nett. Der Strand ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, insgesamt ist die Lage sehr gut, da nicht direkte Strandlage und somit weniger Halli Galli (wobei Ende Mai eh nicht so viel los war). Würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, ideal für Pärchen oder Familien 1-2 kleineren Kindern.

Super Ferienwohnung

Sehr nette Vermieter. Es war alles sauber, insgesamt sind die Wohnungen hochwertig von den Materialien und Verarbeitung. Der Pool war sehr sauber und ausreichend groß, es gab auch immer genug Liegen. Bis zum Strand waren es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Jedoch ist der Hinweg bergab und Rückweg entsprechend bergauf, dadurch etwas anstrengend zurück, aber auch für Kinder oder Ältere problemlos machbar.

Prima Urlaub für die Familie

Wir waren im Juni für 12 Tage in der Wohnung Laura. Das Haus Villa Klaudia ist echt toll, selten ein so sauberes Haus gesehen, unsere Wohnung war TipTop, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war sauber und hat den Kindern Spass gemacht. Der Strand war auch gut, jedoch relativ voll, daher haben wir lieber am Pool gelegen. Die Gastgeberfamilie Milkovic war super nett, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Domizil auf einer ruhigen Insel!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, als wir in der Ferienwohnung ankammen. Das ist wohl das sauberste und sehr gepflegte Ferienhaus in der Gegend. Dieser Eindruck blieb auch bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Familie Milkovic haben uns sehr gut empfangen, so dass wir uns gleich wie zu Hause fühlten. Auf diesem Wege nochmals vielen Dank an die Familie Milkovic! Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, so dass man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Kaufland und Lidl sind ungefähr in 10 km Entfernung, würde ich aber nur in Notfällen anfahren, da der Verkehr sehr anstrengend in der Stadt ist. Viele wunderschöne Restaurants in der Altstadt von Trogir, die man locker in 15 min über eine Anhöhe erreichen kann. Wir empfehlen wärmstens die Villa Klaudia und werden auf jeden Fall demnächst dieses Feriendomizil wieder buchen!

I was born and grew up in Croatia. In the 1970 I came to Germany and worked there for 35 years in a local newspaper. Now I have returned to Croatia with my wife to enjoy the pleasant climate, the sea air and the good food on my evening of my life.

Why they chose this property

I built the house to my own ideas. It is not a standard apartment house, it was built with attention to the details. First of all, it should be used privately, but it has become much too large to occupy by itself, so it is offered for rent.

What makes this property unique

The apartments have a great sea view and you can enjoy wonderful sunsets on the balcony or on the terrace.
