The beautiful house with sea view "Villa Klaudia" is located near the old town of Trogir, in the quiet village Okrug Gornji on the peninsula Ciovo. Trogir is located in central Dalmatia, about 25 km from Split.
The house is fully air conditioned, since 2014 we have a new swimming pool, we have free Wi-Fi in all apartments, has ample parking, 3 garages and a large barbecue, which are available to our guests.

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay here, close to the beach and grocery stores. The pool area was so nice to hang out by as we were there when the temperatures were reaching 40 degrees! It was however far from Split, which was my own fault for not realizing this when I booked it. This distance and the extreme heat made it hard for us to really explore Split. But again this is not the accommodations fault. Easy to get to Trogir either by water taxi or by walking, which we did one night once it cooled off.

Owners friendly and helpful. Apartment spotless with fantastic view from balcony. Lovely pool which we had to ourselves. Few minutes walk to beach and restaurants. Short taxi ride or ÂŁ2 water taxi into Trogir, which was beautiful. Only 12 mins from airport ( in May) . Thouroughly recommend.

Wir die Wohnung Matea diesen Mai spontan vor Ort gebucht, da die Saison im Mai erst anlĂ€uft und man auch ohne Reservierung gut Wohnungen findet. Die Wohnung hat drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, daher ideal fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Familien. Der Ausblick auf den Strand und das Meer ist fantastisch. Es war ein tolles GefĂŒhl jeden morgen auf der Terasse zu FrĂŒhstĂŒcken. Ich fand den Ausblick vor Ort deutlich besser als auf den Fotos erkennen ist. Ansonsten ist der Ort relativ touristisch, wobei im Mai noch nicht so viel los ist. Nach Trogir sind wir zu Fuß, einmal auch mit dem Taxiboot, welches vom kleinen Hafen im Ortszentrum losfĂ€hrt (20 Kuna p.P.). Der Ausflug nach Split und zu den Krka-WasserfĂ€llen ist auch zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung empfehle ich auf jeden Fall weiter.

Beautiful apartment in good location

The apartment was great, there was everything we needed. The balcony has a fantastic view. The owners were very hospitable and helpful and gave us wine and grapes and organization of taxis. The beach is about 5 minutes away and is fantastic, blue, clear water. Trogir is beautiful and is a 20 minute walk across the hill or similar time by ferry from the beach. We did some excursions, like kayaking, or island boat trips - all were good.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung Empfehlenswert

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, top sauber mit sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Meer.Der Pool und die Umgebung waren auch sehr sauber. Der Strand befindet sich 3 min ums Eck., Lebensmittel und Restaurants waren auch sehr nahe. Ganz nette Vermieterin.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen, angenehme Anlage, mit Pool und 5 Minuten zum Strand

Im Hause von Familie Milković herrscht eine gastfreundliche AtmosphĂ€re. Die Zimmer sind modern mit Klimaanlage Und sehr sauber . WLAN ist kostenfrei ParkplĂ€tze ausreichend vorhanden Pool ist sauber Bootstaxen nach Trogir sind vorhanden und genug Möglichkeiten um AusflĂŒge nach Split und weiteres mit dem Boot zu machen

SĂ©jour inoubliable !!

Nous sommes restĂ©s 6 nuits, 7 jours Ă  Okrug chez la famille Milkovic. L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©; Ă  5 minutes de la plage. Impeccablement propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Vue absolument imprenable sur la ville et la mer. Une vue Ă  1 million $ Il y a des jeux d'eau dans la mer juste en face de l'appartement. Parfait pour les enfants (ados) CoĂ»t: 100 Kunas pour la journĂ©e (environ 20$ Can par personne) Raisonnable et des heures et des heures de plaisir assurĂ©s pour les jeunes ! Piscine propre et joliment Ă©clairĂ©e pour les baignades en soirĂ©e. AccĂšs par un raccourci Ă  Trogir Ă  pied (mais mollets faibles s'abstenir car pentes abruptes pour se rendre. PlutĂŽt exigeant, mais chemin plaisant. Nous sommes rentrĂ©s par bateau-taxi en fin de soirĂ©e (20 Kunas par personne (4$)). Ça vaut le coup! Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien reçus par des gens extrĂȘmement sympathiques et serviables. Seul petit bĂ©mol, nous y sommes allĂ©s en juillet et il faisait trĂšs chaud. Je n'avais pas remarquĂ© la note dans l'annonce ou ça disait que nous devions payer pour l'air climatisĂ©e. 0,50 €/heure. On a utilisĂ© (en faisant trĂšs attention, fermant lorsque nous quittions etc...) 120h donc une soixantaine d'euros supplĂ©mentaires Ă  verser Ă  notre dĂ©part. PremiĂšre fois que nous vivions cela. Bref, ce dĂ©tail nous a un peu dĂ©plu mais pas suffisamment pour ne pas recommander l'endroit et peut-ĂȘtre un jour, y retourner !
