We bought this house with friends and family in 2004. We have rented it out with great success and continue to do so. Every year we make improvements and changes to make our guests stay a memorable one. We are looking for renters that will take care of our home as if it where their own, a hopefully building a long term relationship. Our primary goal for this house was a place for us to go and stay for our annual golf trip. It has become much more than that. i look forward to speaking with you about this house..

Why they chose this property

This property has great space and is very clean. We hire our private cleaner and let them know how important it is for the house to be spotless. The other other outstanding feature is how close we are to the Beach and the Surf side Pier. In both cases you are 100 steps and 175 steps . We also have a Beach Deluxe Golf Cart package available for rent on a weekly basis.
