Holiday House 'Shellback'
The holiday house "Shellback" offers 150 m² ample space for up to 10 people and a baby or small child up to 2 years - so is a relaxing vacation with your friends or family nothing in the way.

Living, Cooking & Food
The thatched roof house is modern and family-friendly features maritime style. The ground floor is the spacious living and dining area. Our guests are sitting here together sociably at the large dining table. The adjoining open kitchen invites you to cook together and is fully equipped - including induction hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and a Perfect Draft dispenser.

The cozy seating area provides ample space to relax. Here provide entertainment LCD TV, stereo, Internet via Wi-Fi and a PS3 game console, or a large collection of board games - so can not even get bored. If you prefer a quiet, pleasant finish makes the evening simply by the fire.

Sleep
The three upstairs bedrooms are equipped with high-quality double beds and LCD TVs, also in two rooms there is a small desk.

In the attic there are two other rooms with two single beds - one with LCD televisions. Here the young pulls like to return, as well as books and toys are available.

Bath & Wellness
Wellness is in the "old sea dog" is also not too short. The large bathroom on the upper floor offers a spacious shower with rain shower and two sinks and a Jacuzzi. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and sauna, which ensures even in bad weather for well-being. In addition, the top floor is a toilet.

Garden & Patio
The garden of 700 m² plot offers plenty of space for games and relaxed barbecues. The house has a south-facing terrace, which is equipped with a large table, ten garden chairs, beach chairs, umbrella and a barbecue. In the garden house with large roof overhang you can rent bicycles and beach equipment under deliver safe and protected from the weather. Three parking spaces are located directly on the property.

Good to know
Washer, dryer, two highchairs, travel cot and carts are supplied with the kit and can - be used free of charge - as well as a sauna.

As the house is rented to allergies, pets and smoking are not allowed and automatic air ventilation system ensures optimal indoor climate.

Wundervolle Tage im alten Seebären

Wir haben uns auch in diesem Jahr wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. In diesem Ferienhaus fehlt es an nichts.

Entspannter Ostseeurlaub in toller Lage

Schönes Haus

Der „Alte Seebär„ hat uns gut gefallen. Mit acht Personen hatten wir mehr als genug Platz und viel Komfort. Die Sauna ist natürlich nur für drei bequem zu benutzen. Aber die Ausstattung des Hauses ist vorbildlich. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Truly exceptional

Beautiful, spacious property but remember to bring or rent bed sheets, towels and dish towels. Paper products are basically only provided for the first night. This is customary in Germany so be prepared.

Schöner entspannter Sommerurlaub

Das Ferienhaus hat eine schöne ruhige Lage in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Es ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, v.a. in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Die Sauna lud zu einer Nutzung ein. Auch die vorhandenen Spiele wurden von unseren Enkeln gern genutzt. Der Weg zum Strand dauerte mit den Kindern u. Bollerwagen ca. 10-15 Minuten. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die vielen Mücken, die einem den Aufenthalt im Freien etwas erschwerten. Es war ein sehr schöner Ostseeurlaub.

Sehr schöne FeWo für Familine geeignet

Wir waren von Enkel bis Oma alle da und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Haus ist wunderschön. Und da es fünf Schlafzimmer hat auch sehr gut für größer Familine geeignet. Das Haus ist auch nicht sehr hellhörig, so dass wenn man etwas länger schläft und die ersten Mitreisenden bereits in der Küche wuhlen, gemütlich weiterschlafen kann. Ist definitv eine Reise wert. Ca. 50 m entfernt ist auch ein Fahrradverleih.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und idyllisch gelegen. Es ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, wie es die Beschreibung im Internet versprach. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie "zu Hause" und im Urlaub angekommen.

Wir haben mit neun Erwachsenen für 10 Tage das Haus Alter Seebär gebucht und dort einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (entspricht zu 100% den Fotos), die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir hatten ausreichend Platz und auch der Hausmeisterservice stand für Fragen kurzfristig zur Verfügung. Der Ort ist überschaubar und ruhig. Schöner Strand für Badeurlaub. Fahrradverleih in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die Restaurants Altes Wirtshaus, Pier32 und Zur Schaabe im Ort können wir weiter empfehlen. Die Abwicklung mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert, wir haben alle Informationen im Vorfeld erhalten. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Super Haus, gerne wieder

Unsere acht Personen starke Reisegruppe hat der Alte Seebär mit seinen vielen Schlafräume sowie zwei Badezimmern und einem separaten WC hervorragend aufgenommen. Die gut ausgestattete Küche und der Grillplatz im Garten waren fast im Dauerbetrieb. Der große Esstisch, an dem auch 10 Personen genug Platz finden, wurde zu einem der Zentren unseres Aufenthaltes. Über das Bad im Erdgeschoss gelangt man in die Sauna, welche gut zu unserer Entspannung beigetragen hat. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: der Strand ist ca. 500 m entfernt, was uns vorher bekannt war. Der Alte Seebär ist ein schönes Ferienhaus; vielleicht kommen wir wieder.

Genießen auch im Winter

Der "Alte Seebär" ist definitiv ein Ferienhaus, welches 5 Sterne verdient. Ruhig und windgeschützt gelegen haben wir die Annehmlichkeiten des luxuriös gestalteten Hauses sehr genossen. Nach einem langen Strandspaziergang wärmten uns Whirlpool, Sauna und Kamin wieder auf. Details, die das Haus auch an kalten Tagen gemütlich machen. Unsere Familie hat es sich dann abends bei einem Raclette gutgehen lassen. Die Küchenausstattung ist absolut top, besser geht es sicherlich nicht. Gerne werden wir auch in Zukunft dem "Alten Seebär" einen Besuch abstatten.
