This property is located a short golf cart ride from Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs It is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your vacation, including a Gas golf cart. Enjoy your mornings on this beautiful patio, and then in the evenings out on the town for dinner. All of our properties have WiFi, Cable/satellite TV. The Villages, Florida has all the activities you could dream of. With your temporary Resident ID you have access to 33 executive golf courses and 12 Championship golf courses. Golf in the Villages is tailored to all levels of play. Whether your a beginner or if have a low handicap. You may also enjoy any of the recreation centers and Olympic sized swimming pools. Recreation centers offer outdoor activities such as bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, basketball and more than 500 indoor events. Explore one the 3 public squares. First Visit to The Villages

The property was very clean, nicely furnished, and nicely outfitted. I loved having a golf cart as i explored The Villages for my first time. Everything worked well, and no concerns or calls to the management company were needed.

Golf week at the Villages

We had great time staying in this property. Management was easy to reach, check-in and check-out are easy too. We definitely will stay in this property again. The only thing I suggest is to update the check-out instructions.

Great place

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very nice and in a great location. It has a large common area (living room, dining room, kitchen). The kitchen was much better stocked than other places I've stayed. There was also a large sunroom in the back. My only complaint was that the second bedroom had two twin beds rather than a queen. This may work better for some guests, but I would prefer a queen. Also, the twin beds were not very comfortable, and they were on wheels and had no headboards, so if you leaned back against the wall, the beds slid away from the wall. Also, there was a large ceramic starfish over the bed which was hard not to hit if you wanted to lean back. I liked that there was a lockbox instead of a key we had to pick up and turn in. Overall, a great place.
