This patio villa has been extensively renovated for your comfort! New luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, with new tile in the bathrooms. New vanities in both baths, as well as new lighting and mirrors. New tiled shower in the master bath. New quartz countertops in the kitchen. New 2” faux wood blinds throughout. New recessed lighting in the kitchen. New ceiling fans throughout. It’s beautiful, clean and modern! Almost forgot to mention the 65” smart TV in the living room that is mounted on the wall above the electric fireplace! Ambiance!

Master bedroom suite features a king-sized bed and bathroom with walk-in shower and linen closet. Walk-in closet. Wall-mounted 32” tv.

Second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and roomy closet, along with a 32” wall mounted tv.

Hall bath has a shower/tub combo.

Front enclosed patio has two cushy chairs and table.

Side patio has a bar height table and four comfortable swivel stools.

Two solar tubes enhance the abundance of natural light flowing into our home.

Garage fits one car and one golf cart. Gas golf cart included for your convenience.

Location! We’re a five minute golf cart ride to Spanish Springs Town Square and a ten minute ride to Lake Sumter Landing. Let the fun begin!

Vicki had our guest passes on the kitchen counter when we arrived to her immaculately clean home. Everything in the home was just as advertised. Vicki reached out to us during our stay to make sure things were going well . We loved having the bonus of the golf cart which we used daily. I would love to rent this house again next year when my husband and I figure out dates for another visit!

Awesome location between two great town squares! Nice home with golf cart included! Could not have ask for better host! I would have to say the bed in the master bedroom was the best I have slept on. It was so comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

Happy stay at 720 Villita Lane

It’s very well located. It’s very close to Spanish Springs Town Center and also, Morse Blvd. takes you to two highways that connect to everything. It’s very easy to get to all necessary stores for supplies! I highly recommend!
