The decor, in honor of Marylyn, was done with exquisite attention to detail. I couldn't have wished a more accommodating place. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Great place to stay to explore the Village

The hosts are first class and the place was wonderful. Having access to a golf cart made exploring The Villages a pleasure.

We Loved it…such a pretty home, very clean, had everything you need in every room.owners were so accommodating and I want to say I’m sorry for not getting up to greet you when you stopped by but I have 5 herniated discs in my neck that were killing me so I could not move but everything about your set up was great

Magnificent Marilyn’s place!

This VRBO was quaint, cozy and beautifully decorated! Location was perfect for getting to Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing, by way of either car or golf car that was provided! (This was an awesome amenity)! Mark was very helpful and a great host! We would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again!

Great House in Quiet Neighborhood

Marilyn’s was perfect for our stay. It was a good location for our visit with family and friends. The house was the right size for the two of us and had just what we needed - basic kitchen, washer and dryer, and large umbrellas for the Florida afternoon rain. The property was clean with a nice screened porch and the neighborhood was quiet so we slept well at night. I would definitely stay at Marilyn’s again!

Terrific owners

Lovely little house. Easy access to Brownwood and Spanish Springs Squares. We did not have a car… only used a golf cart for the week we were there. Owners very responsive to our needs.

Marilyn’s Retreat

It was beautifully decorated. Mark was very helpful. He got guest cards to The Villages so we could use the amenities. Pool, Spanish Springs Square & shopping were very close. There is a golf cart to use. This is one of my favorite VRBOs.

4th of July Stay at Marylin

We stayed at this property from July 1 thru July 5. We absolutely had a great time and loved the property. The house was immaculate and very well furnished. We wanted for nothing. The owners where waiting for us as we pulled into the driveway and where super nice. The location of the house is also great. You are a golf cart ride (also provided by the property) away from 3 pools, golf courses, and shopping. The outside of the house is also very well taken care of. We definitely are planning on using this property again for a much longer stay in the future. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

We have stayed here once before 2 years ago. It was another great stay. Home is clean and comfortable. If you are someone who likes to sleep in I suggest bringing an eye mask as the bedroom gets full sun in the morning and there are no black out curtains.

Perfect

Marilyn's place was the perfect location to Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs on the golf cart that was provided. The house was clean the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need (but we really didnt use it). If you forgot something the house was sure to have it. Very quiet neighborhood we hardly seen anyone around. The only complaint I have was the bed was to hard for our liking.. We both would wake up with back aches (or my whold body) and slept out on couches our last 2 nights. Mark was a good host with answering questions i had before arrival to checking in with us during our stay. Definitely recommend Marilyn's place for your stay!
