Upon arrival, enjoy floor-to-ceiling cityscape views and an updated kitchen—perfect for cooking in or enjoying takeout from nearby local favorites.

The primary bedroom features a Tempur-Pedic king bed, en-suite bathroom, and sweeping views of the twinkling city lights, with a custom barn door for added privacy. The second bedroom also offers an en-suite bath and two Murphy queen beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.

Located just minutes from downtown Hollywood, you’re close to iconic attractions, world-class dining, and vibrant nightlife—while still enjoying the peace and privacy of a hillside retreat.

Parking includes one covered compact carport space, with an additional private street parking available in front of the home, suitable for larger vehicles.

With safety and privacy ensured, our local team is always nearby to assist during your stay.

Really enjoyed staying here! Perfect location (you can see the Hollywood sign from the bottom of the street). Very clean and the kitchen was great as we could purchase groceries and cook our own breakfast each day to save money.

Beautiful views! The property is very well maintained and the layout is functional. It definitely gives the energy you expect when being in LA, and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I felt safe and relaxed. The only thing is that parking is a challenge, so keep that in mind.

We had a great stay in the Hollywood hills! The view was amazing and the house was great for our family of 4. There were a couple small issues that Jax addressed immediately. Jax was very responsive and helpful. The sliding glass doors definitely have a drop-off down the hill and only open about 6 inches. We kept the doors closed and had no issues. AC worked well when the sun was shining.
