Unwind in private unshared saltwater pool and spa under the palms, bask in California sun
Luxurious bedding and bath, very clean
All amenities needed for the perfect vacation, easy access to full kitchen
Bedrooms have separate entrances, exterior stairs to treehouse bedroom upper level
Host lives in separate area of house upstairs, respects privacy
Lots of street parking, no permit, quick freeway access to beaches
Walk to Hollywood Stars, Hollywood Bowl, Pantages, restaurants, clubs, shopping, groceries. Hike to Hollywood sign

Keypad entry, come and go as you please.
Only one set of guests at a time, no other guests renting property.
