Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: €450.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.

The minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
