Welcome to our 24m2 apartment on the ground floor, arranged as follows for your comfort:
- 1 bedroom with 160 cm double bed
- TV, Wifi
- Equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, washer, dishwasher)
- 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

Travelers have access to the entire apartment
The Neighborhood:
Ideally located in the sumptuous Trocadéro district, a few steps from the Eiffel Tower and its Pyramid, 10 minutes from the Champs Élysées, 10 minutes from Place de la Concorde (by metro)
it is located in the Parisian “golden triangle”
It's a very secure neighborhood.
5 minutes from the Museum of Man, there are 2 magnificent restaurants to visit (BAMBINI Italian restaurant and Forest modern restaurant)
You can have breakfast at Carette place du Trocadéro
You are 18 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe
It is a very lively neighborhood thanks to its many pedestrian streets which give access to many restaurants, these trendy bars;
At the foot of Rue de Passy, ideal for shopping and close to the Ranelag garden
