Charming apartment, 70 m2, hyper calm, located in a pretty private avenue of the 16th arrondissement of Paris on the second floor with elevator.
Metro RANELAGH is 200 meters away.
Access is very secure, there are 2 codes to reach the apartment and only residents can enter the avenue des chalets.
The apartment is located in a Haussmann building from the end of the 19 th century.
It is composed of 2 beautiful rooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The toilets are apart.
Comfortable and quiet, no noise of the street, it is a family apartment, my father was born here and planted the tree in front of the window!

An excellent location for metro and amenities. Elegant apartment and very safe. Well maintained and recent improvements are visible. A few further enhancements would be welcome (more storage, winter curtains for example). Kitchen is very well equipped but little space to work.

Dear, the weather isn't always very sunny in Paris during the winter, which is why we only leave sheer curtains on the windows to let in the light and our guests don't come to Paris to cook gourmet meals at home, they go out and eat at restaurants...

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is charming and spacious and in a great location just minutes from the metro, bakeries, cafes and shops on Mozart and Passy. It was a great home base to return to after spending our days exploring Paris. Gaelle was very pleasant and helpful when greeting us and giving us instructions for the apartment. We would highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous location - steps to the Metro, cafes, and wine, cheese, butcher shops and bakeries. Lovely apartment with comfortable spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is very small, but we didn't cook much so it wasn't an issue. Valerie provided very thorough information about picking up the keys and so forth and was able to accommodate an earlier check-in time. Gaelle, who showed us in when we first arrived, was also very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Paris!

Charming and quiet

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We loved the location which brought us into a more residential part of Paris, but only steps away from the Metro. We loved spending the day touring the city, knowing that at the end of the day we would return to our quiet and comfortable apartment. Merci!

We had a lovely visit in Paris. The kitchen was tiny, but it had everything we needed. Comfy beds and air conditioning made our stay very nice.

Priscilla is a charming grandmother. The same cannot be said for her 16-year-old granddaughter with whom she was in the apartment. We found smoked and crushed cigarette butts on the window of her room while smoking is forbidden in the apartment.Also menstruall pads used hidden under the soap dish in the shower and his bed full of blood stains. .. The kitchen table burned with matches. I'm sure Priscillia didn't know all this.

Paris getaway

We loved our first visit to Paris (my art major daughter was practically overcome and in tears at seeing the Louvre), and this lovely two bedroom flat helped make it much more enjoyable. The location was lovely and it was nice that it was secure with gates access, and it was very cute and charming, plus it was fairly close to the Eiffel Tower, which was just a few steps away on the very close Metro Station. The hostess was wonderful to communicate with and answered all of our questions, and someone was there to greet us when we arrived to welcome us and show us the property, and provide all the gate codes and keys needed. Would definitely recommend!
