Walk out to the balcony through sliding glass doors in the great room or dining room to feel the refreshing coastal breezes and listen to the gulls calling. The Sunset Sails second bedroom has a queen sized bed with luxury linens and fluffy pillows for a great night's sleep. The nautical décor really sets the mood for a great beach vacation! The flat screen TV is great for relaxing, too. This room has a private entrance to the adjacent full bathroom so there's plenty of privacy here. The window opens onto the hallway outside and there is a closet for storage. The private second bathroom is beautifully decorated and offers an elegant tiled walk-in shower with single vanity.

Climb the spiral staircase to the Crow's Nest loft and find a daybed a trundle. There's a flat screen TV and mini bar area, too. The loft area also offers a third bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo. Step out onto your ultra private 600 sq.ft. roof top sun deck! Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
