An excellent location for holiday

A well and modern equipped city house. Very good noise reduction windows. You miss nothing in the kitchen. We had a perfect and direct dialogue with the owner, who is always reachable and helpful. You will like the location.

Nous avons passé un week-end de l Ascension formidable avec nos enfants et petits enfants. Chacun a pu trouver à s occuper et chaque famille a pu s installer dans son espace. C était vraiment très bien. L emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la ville et de l océan.

nous avons été très bien accueillis par Olivier et Marie Hélène .La location correspondait tout à fait au descriptif , nous n' avons pas été déçus , la maison bien située , nous avons pu tout faire à pied car nous sommes venus en train. .

Deux remarques : l'indication et la photo de l'annonce d'une "terrasse paysagée" n'informe pas qu'il s'agit de la cour d'entrée, niveau rue, et que les pièces à vivre et cuisine sont un étage et demi au dessus, ce qui ne favorise pas les déjeuners en extérieur.. L'absence de téléviseurs dans le salon ne nous a pas été très agréable, et n'est pas compensée par le home cinéma du sous sol. Sinon, la maison est très bien située, au point de vue commerces et plage, très bien aménagée, les sanitaires très confortables, et la cuisine et l'électro-ménager parfaits. Donc, dans l'ensemble un bon séjour.
