This is a house of two parts. The downstairs is excellent in the most part. The bedroom and the shower room downstairs were very good Unfortunately the barbecue was so dirty when we arrived we weren't able to clean it and use it and there were ants in the kitchen.The windows and cushions on the sofa were also not clean. Overall the upstairs was very hot with little storage space and the skirting boards and carpets were in need of a good clean.We really loved the position of the house. It was well situated,making the market, railway station,beach shops and restaurants all very easy to reach. There was parking for one of our cars and we had to park the other one elsewhere. This could be a very good house with a bit more tlc

Location trĂšs sale

TrĂšs déçu par la propretĂ© du logement. À savoir un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur sale (des salissures collantes), des canapĂ©s garnis de miettes en tout genre, vaisselle limite douteuse. Par contre les sanitaires et salle de bain du RDC propre fort heureusement. Couettes et housses tachĂ©es d’aurĂ©oles. Étage globalement sale car vĂ©tuste (moquettes vieillies, sale de bain passĂ©e) Emplacement de trĂšs grande qualitĂ©. Du coup nous sommes partis en cours de sĂ©jour ne nous sentant pas bien dans ce logement. Des prises Ă©lectriques ne fonctionnant pas des interrupteurs dont on ignore l’utilitĂ©. Impression globale de dĂ©sintĂ©rĂȘt Ă  l’entretien du logement. Rapport qualitĂ© prix pas au rendez vous .

La maison est en plein cƓur de La Baule et pourtant trĂšs calme. Par beau temps la terrasse est trĂšs agrĂ©able et par moins beau temps la piĂšce principale est trĂšs accueillante avec sa grande table et son coin salon cosy. Top !

trés belle situation

maison agréable avec un petit espace extérieur bien conçu et bien équipé. On peut tout faire à pied une fois installé. par contre le stationnement n'est pas facile dans la rue.

Une excellente situation, une dĂ©coration recherchĂ©e, mais unsĂ©jour gĂąchĂ© par trois inconvĂ©nients: le volet roulant de la chambre parentale bloquĂ© pendant les 2 semaines, l'Ă©clairage du rdc totalement indigent, et surtout les plafonds trop bas de l'Ă©tage, y compris la douche oĂč une personne de taille normale peut difficilement tenir debout! Pour le volet roulant, le propriĂ©taire nous a offert une nuitĂ©e supplĂ©mentaire.

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour dans cette location, trÚs bien située entre la rue principale, le marché et la mer. La maison est trÚs bien équipée et un soin particulier a été apporté à la décoration. Nous reviendrons !

SĂ©jour agreable

Maison en plein coeur de la baule idéalement placé a 50 metre de la grande rue et à 150 metre de la plage ! La maison est décorée avec goût , les les chambre sont grandes est parfaite pour un groupe de 11 adultes ! Le proprio est arrangeant sur les horaires si les dates de location le permettent!
