RELAXATION around the swimming pool or on the beach which is directly accessible from the residence…boat rental, jet ski, parasailing 2 minutes from the residence, the nature base for sports enthusiasts, so many activities are possible!!

Dozens of restaurants or bars nearby, multiple nighttime activities and entertainment await you to extend the days and always being able to leave the cars in the closed double garage in the basement which is offered with the rental.

The 70m2 accommodation on the 3rd floor of the residence with lift is superb, neat and contemporary decoration, opened by its balcony towards the magnificent bay of Fréjus and Saint-Raphael.

The entrance hall with cupboard opens onto the living space bathed in light with living room and open kitchen, all air-conditioned, and has all the necessary and essential equipment for an unforgettable stay: gas griddle, hotplates induction, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fridge with small freezer, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, etc…

The 2 beautiful bedrooms with their 160 by 200 bed are also air-conditioned and offer beautiful storage cupboards. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet complete this beautiful apartment.

Wifi device available on request (in compliance with the regulations on downloads).

The property complex has a 20*7m swimming pool with deckchairs available. Direct access to the beach, beach restaurant with deckchair rental in the immediate vicinity.

Shops are 5 minutes by car (Géant shopping mall), pharmacy and other shops within walking distance.

Saint Raphael TGV station less than 4 km away, motorway exit 10 km away.
