Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The apartment was not cleaned before the arrival. They never changed the bedding from previous guest. The microwave and coffee maker were not working. The kitchen sink is clogged. Not enough hangers for clothes. No extra sheets or blankets. The sofa in the family room was dirty. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated.
