1 living room with sofa corner convertible (sleeping 2 people), TV, overlooking a balcony sea view -
1 kitchenette equipped with fridge freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher -
1 double room for 2 people with duvet -
1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
Heating package of 30 €/week from October to May. Electric heating. Balcony furniture. Free public parking 50m. Washing machine. Very good condition (maintenance and paints). Bedding and recent equipment.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra charge for animals (1 small dog allowed), deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week.
