Located on the sunny slopes of Gérardmer facing the ski slopes and its forests and in the heart of a network of Club Vosges walks. On the ground floor of a beautiful house, it consists of a pretty living room including a 190x 90 cabin bed for two people, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a south-facing terrace with a 120m² garden. We are waiting for you!<br><br>The accommodation is composed as follows:<br>- A living room of 32m² with a TV, a sofa bed and a cabin bed<br>- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, oven, induction hob, coffee maker...<br>- A 14 m² bedroom with a double bed (140×190).<br>- A bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet.<br>Water and electricity charges are charged at the actual price during the winter season<br>Outside:<br>- A 10m² terrace and a 120m² garden, facing south to enjoy the sunny days with outdoor furniture.<br>- A car park that can accommodate two vehicles.<br>- Safety for bicycles<br>- A barbecue<br>The district:<br>The apartment is ideally located in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant environment.
