In Saint-Malo, in the St Servan district, we offer this charming 60 m² apartment for rent, with wifi (fiber optics), less than a kilometer from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, decorative fireplace, double sofa bed and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso pod coffee maker...

Neighborhood:
The apartment is ideally located on a shopping street in Saint-Servan, a stone's throw from the Bas Sablons beach and a 10-minute walk from the inner city. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, please note that there is paid public parking on Rue Georges Clémenceau, as well as in the nearest Charcot parking lot.

- Saint Malo train station: 1.6 km (25mn walk) or bus line 8 (GASPÉ stop)
- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, 500m away.
- Dinan slipway 900m away: shuttle for the St Malo-Dinard crossing.
- Dinard 10 km away (15 minutes by car).
- Cancale 16 km away (23 minutes by car).
- Mont-Saint-Michel 54 km (49 minutes by car).
- Rennes airport: 70 km from Rennes St Jacques.

- autonomous arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located 450m from the station, a 25-minute walk from the accommodation or a 5-minute drive, nearest bus stop to the Keycafé “Sécurité Sociale”, lines 2 and 8.

- a physical welcome: in this case, you will be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment and give you the keys.

Activities :
- Beaches and walks: Protected from the wind and bathed in sunshine, Saint-Servan's beaches and charming coves are ideal for families. On the Bas-Sablons beach, just below the Place du Théâtre, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at the Bac'O Sablons while your children play on the sand below.
We also recommend a stroll along the corniche d'Aleth, the cradle of Saint-Malo with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral.
- Visits : Museums, Cathedral, tour of the ramparts, guided tours available from the tourist office at Porte St Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts on the outside.
From Place St Vincent, you'll find bus and coach departures to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a commented historical tour of the town.
- A market on Place St Servan on Tuesdays and Fridays in the Halles de la Place Bouvet, where you'll find fresh fish. A small oyster market is held every Sunday on Place Bouvet (place du théâtre).
