Your health and comfort are our top priorities. In light of the global pandemic, Greenday Vacation Rentals has taken the necessary steps to stop the spread of COVID-19, including self-check-in with the help of smart locks and tablet guides; adding disposable face masks, gloves, and disinfecting agents to the long list of amenities included in the rental; following the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing guidelines published by the CDC; ensuring that the home is vacant for at least 24 - 36 hours before a guest checks-in, and training our entire team about the importance of and 100% observation of social distancing guidelines. That is to say when the day comes and it's time for you to check out you will feel rested, energized, and healthier than on the day you arrived.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:
A. Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Alternative payment options can be arranged by request. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
B. Cancellations of Reservations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $300.00 administration fee and will have all other payments refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.

Beautiful remodel. The staff was very attentive and any concerns or issues were dealt with immediately. Check-in was easy. There was plenty of supplies/appliances and needs for easy cooking and cleaning.

Peaceful and Private

This vacation rental has three patios which are essentially private and two views of the surrounding mountains. The landscaping is extraordinary. Overall one of the most peaceful places we've ever stayed.I love a pool view, day and night. The decor is warm and friendly. It's a cozy place with everything we needed. Greenday is very helpful and responds immediately to any question or problem. Well done.

Short rental only

For a weekend stay you will find a cute but not renovated condo. If you are staying for more than a week, you will find a place that will become unsatisfactory. There is very little workspace in the kitchen and they don't even have a handmixer which you may need for cooking. The dishes and silverware are old looking. The washer dryer combo is small but it will take three cycles to do the towels or sheets. Not what you want on vacation time schedule. You are very close to the pool and hot tub and we were fortunate to have the one that was heated this year. They alternate every other year. Be careful when you open some drawers as they are not stabilized well. I liked having the three patios and a very pleasant view. There is no sofa bed so you will not be able to have any company unless they want to sleep on the sofa. Greenday is very attentive to any of your needs.

This condo fit our needs perfectly! We are pickleball players, swimmers and hot tubers! To have those amenities just steps away was a dream! The ground are impeccable. The care the gardeners take is admirable. Everything is so well thought out! The condo itself was the most cozy and comfortable house we've ever stayed in. The fireplace is a big plus! Serene Space for Vacation

Coming from our regular lives in a city, this rental provided a way for us to get quiet in a way we hadn't been able to in a LONG time! We loved having access to the multiple (!) covered private patios, where we drank our coffee and ate all of our meals. The pool was peaceful and mostly private besides a few friendly ducks who visited:) The humungous bed and luxurious shower were also great aspects that made our vacation/work from "home" trip pleasant and relaxing. The Mission Hills community is very private and safe, not to mention gives gorgeous views of mountains, palm trees, and flowers on your walks or drives. Would return in a heartbeat.

A Wonderful March Stay

Casa del Sol offered a very warm and welcoming feeling with unique and tasteful decorating touches that lent to a most relaxing stay. The nicely appointed patios, close proximity to the pool, and marvelous views of the mountains all added to our escape to paradise. Our vacation ended all too soon. We look forward to planning another get-away at Casa del Sol!

The spacious one-bedroom, one and a half bath condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and situated in a quiet section of Mission Hills Country Club. It has everything we needed for our stay- a fully stocked kitchen, TVs in the living room and bedroom, comfortable king-size bed, huge closets, BBQ, two patios with table and chairs, steps from a pool and hot tub, garage, and stunning mountain views out every window. The area offered unlimited opportunities for walks through the lushly landscaped community. Located between Palm Springs and Palm Desert, this peaceful oasis is just a short drive from shopping, restaurants, grocery, and sites such as Sunnylands and the Palm Springs Art Museum. It's also just a bit over an hour to Joshua Tree National Park, an easy day trip. Resort living at its finest. We'll definitely be back!
